I have to brag on square and their dispute department. I run a non profit theater and we have had two incidents where someone tried to say we charged their cars fraudulently to get their money back. Both situations the person ordered the tickets online themselves and received their tickets via email. Both times the person showed up to our theater and showed their tickets. The first time, it was paid through our website payout department. They gave the money to the card holder despite our evidence that the person actually came and saw the show. We then started using Square. When the second person made the false claim, I sent evidence and was worried the same thing would happen. But Square actually reviewed the evidence and saw they they were lying and decided in our favor! This is unusual as a very high percentage of chargeback claims automatically go to the card holder regardless of the evidence that they charged the card themselves and they got the product. It took a while... But it was worth the wait! I am so thankful that square protected me and my business against the false claim and I will stick with them!! Thank you Square!!

Totally useless and a complete waste of time. I started with hotmail years ago and whatever this garbage is supposed to be, they can keep it.Special thanks for the ads (that cannot be removed) to pay for the high level reterd 'development' work.I don't use the dead chit terrible 'outlook' and never will again. Gmail is how it's SUPPOSED to be done.

Don't use it!!! I created an email that I haven't been able to get access back to for almost two years now even though I went through their account recovery questionnaire so many times I've lost count. Contacted customer support and they said they couldn't do anything until I passed the questionaire. Meanwhile they bill me for my xbox live account through that email which I can't use or cancel. Sure they can bill me through it until the cows come home but I cant use any of the products I paid for or cancel the payments. Only option they give you is to cancel your card to get the payments to stop.

I've been a subscriber since 2016 and have cancelled my subscription yesterday after pre-paying a year, and then having my contract moved onto a monthly rate and charged before the year ends. The response from customer support has been awful - essentially, we're altering the terms of the deal - and combative. One staff member even told me that the past didn't matter when I explained I'd previously been told not to cancel to keep the rate I was on. Very bad.It's very disappointing and I can imagine they would report on this, if, for example, it were Netflix or (god forbid) the TV Licensing agency that were charging people halfway through annual agreed service periods.

Literally the f-ing controllers just won't track. Plus, the fact that anytime my controllers battery gets semi-low, the app kicks me out of my game just to tell me that I will need to replace my batteries soon, and I would be fine with that but it keeps kicking me out and "reminding" me every f-ing 2 minutes. I am losing my stats in games because of both of these issues. I reached out to support and they were just like, "Replace your batteries! Make sure your controller is in front of your headset for the sensors!" Yeah like I haven't done either of those yet. The customer service is a joke. I have considered going back to HTC Vive. At least there we all can agree that they at least try to help their customers.

This site is great for killing time and chuckles. I go there at least once a day. Interestingly, most of the negative comments here are from people that want to leave comments on BP. I just enjoy the content and don't even read the comments. Most of the commenters seem a little juvenile anyway.

ordered the G560 gaming speakers from their website saying they were in stock after 10 days nothing was shipped. i tried calling their crap customer support which took days to get through to someone and then was told the items were not in stock until August time so after i cancelled the order the next day SOMEHOW the items that apparently was not in stock got shipped. absolute lying scamming company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Phoned for help to set up an IP address waited 40 minutes. Redirected to another number, waited another 20 minutes the whole time being told on an automated message to use the app, which I tried, didn’t work because you have to press 1 to talk to someone which doesn’t work on an mobile phone! Couldn’t help me - really annoying and unhelpful.
