When I made a purchase (4167224335) about 6 weeks ago, I entered my credit card info (I specifically remember being surprised they accept Amex since Albert Heijn don't, and commented to my partner). I just received an email saying that my order has not been paid. I contacted customer service asking them to remove the bogus late fee and use the credit card info I had provided.The agent (named something like Nouzou) was rude and arrogant, dictating to me what I had done, and refused to do anything, even trigger the payment charge.The "pay later" also does not a accept card payments, just iDeal, which I don't have.I suspect they do this on purpose so they can try to charge these bogus late fees.

I have placed an order for Chanel coco mademoiselle trough bol.com First and last time . What comes is fake ! I send it back, now : no money and no fake perfume. Seller did not accept the return cause it was opened. Is there any other way to check whether it's real or fake ? I found out after my order that seller have bad reviews telling about fakes... bol.com is doing nothing else than taking provision from sellers... there is nothing like a customer care or so.... every single contact with their phone number ends up with totally different story.Once "you'll get your money back within 3 working days " the other day " we need at least 3 days to process , than 48 hours to reply " Overall : shit ! Totally shit ! I don't recommend any shopping here . PS. Almost a month after I found out that they send me fake. Money still somewhere.... but not in my pocket.

I had booked a non-refundable stay that was immediately next to an identical option which was refundable. I contacted customer service to have this adjusted so that I could cancel and be refunded if need be (12 days before cancellation wasn't allowed at all) and was greeted with a icy "No. Our policy doesn't allow it." Customer service shouldn't be overshadowed by policy when the policy makes no difference in the request. I'd be happy to remove this review if the situation was rectified, but the inability for the representative to act with understanding is the most troubling of all this.

Venmo processed one payment 13 times in error. Instead, of them taking responsibility for their actions and attempted to immediately resolve their error. They don't allow you to speak with anyone to resolve the issue. They will not allow you to contact an account specialist. You can only speak with a Tier 1 person, that can't help. Nor do they take responsibility for their own screw ups. Unfortunately, I was told my business doesn't matter to Venmo and to read the fine print that allows them to take my money and not return it. **VENMO BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE UNSCRUPULOUS**

This review is based on Spotify customer service- not actually Spotify itself.Spotify customer service has been great to me. Suspicious activity on my account was noted and they immediately locked my account. This was great, I wasn’t aware they did this until I got into contact with them. I was worried someone was on my account and could access my payments, etc, but no, Spotify protected this. Props to the Spotify team for protecting this. When I emailed them to explain my issue they replied immediately and since they protected my account I didn’t need to give out any information, just change my password.Special thank you to Jamil for being so supportive towards me in my email. Really put a smile on my face.

An overcomplicated product that creeps into controlling your files. Poor customer support. Can't turn off features that become mysteriously enabled. Use G Drive or OneDrive. Much more simple to use with decent customer support.

Wished I had read these before making the move for an annual purchase.Not planning on using the software anymore as the question is so low, requested a refund for all the time I've not used and they are "unable to process this transaction".Terrible customer support and customer service. I can see how the company is dying unfortunately just from this simple experience.;
