Venmo processed one payment 13 times in error. Instead, of them taking responsibility for their actions and attempted to immediately resolve their error. They don't allow you to speak with anyone to resolve the issue. They will not allow you to contact an account specialist. You can only speak with a Tier 1 person, that can't help. Nor do they take responsibility for their own screw ups. Unfortunately, I was told my business doesn't matter to Venmo and to read the fine print that allows them to take my money and not return it. **VENMO BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE UNSCRUPULOUS**
