Review of squarespace
Before I paid money for my website and within the first 30 days, it was easy to contact someone. Even if it was not a phone call, Squarespace was very responsive during live chat. Now, that option is not available. I have an urgent question; I used their contact form. Squarespace answered me with a form letter (I think), saying that someone MAY get back in touch with me. It's been two days, and I haven't heard from them. I transferred my domain from GoDaddy, and now I will have to transfer my domain to a more available company. If you are the type of person that wants service when you need it, this is not the company for you.

Scribed is awesome. Not only can I listen to many audiobooks that I would have paid for with Audible, but it also has tons of written content. Its library is enormous. I've found several resources there that I'd never seen anywhere else. With even the best services, a few features could always improve the experience. With Scribed, I wish it easily linked to all the available formats for each title. For example, if I was listening to How to Win Friends and Influence People, I love the ability to quickly open the e-book version without having to back out of the title page or search. No biggie, and not worth a complaint. Scribed is a great product worth every penny of its reasonable subscription fee.

I used to really like Outlook, the interface is clean and easy to use. But the past year I've had so many issues. Everything from emails not loading properly, tons of junk mail even after I mark it as junk, some emails I'm receiving are coming in twice. Even when pulling up Outlook website, getting a message saying the link is bad...what?

I am so sick of eBay and the AI descriptions. “eBay is a marketplace full of unique treasures, great deals, rare finds, and endless opportunities to buy and sell.”Nope it’s full of Ai nonsense. I asked ChatGPT to describe eBay and it came up with that. It’s exactly how most the descriptions on eBay are written now. It’s a built a in option when listing, it tells you nothing about the items for sale.

If there were less than one star, that's what I would leave. Wells Fargo Amex made the biggest mistake in my personal banking or credit card experience in 30 years. I paid a merchant/contractor through my Wells Fargo card and Paypal (contractor wanted funds right away). I received notice of a dispute status on this transaction and immediately called to ask what was going on (I did not make any dispute). After hearing that there was not a dispute, I made it clear that there had better NOT be one and if so, they needed to cancel this immediately. A week or so later, I had another notice of dispute and called again (talked to someone in the Philippines) and again told them to STOP this dispute (nothing wrong with the work or the amount). They "assured" me this would be taken care of. This started in late February and March. Five different times I had to contact them over this issue. Then, April 5, I heard from said contractor that Paypal had removed his funds I sent and was threatening collection. I immediately got on the phone with both Wells Fargo and Paypal and spent 7+ hours trying to find out what on earth was going on. Neither company took responsibility but blamed the other and told me I had to wait to get resolution. Ahmed (3 WF reps later) said the dispute would be closed. He sent an "escalation" case to a "Case Specialist" (Pamela S) who didn't reply for 6 days. When she did, it was just to say that WF hadn't done anything wrong! Meanwhile, I continued to call both. Paypal stated that WF Amex had requested the charge back with request that service was "significantly not as described." They insisted they could release the funds as soon as WF submitted the final resolution. Four more weeks and Wells Fargo (through various reps including the "Executive office" -- IN THE PHILIPPINES) insisted they did not make a dispute (yet they named it that in the email and in various conversations). It gets worse! I paid the contractor but Wells Fargo wouldn't let me Zelle the money to this contractor who threatened legal action (I'm not blaming him). They had promised this dispute would be closed yet five weeks later, I am still in the middle of this mess after paying this contractor twice (2nd time with interest -- my choice). Wells Fargo created a huge misunderstanding with my contractor and hurt my reputation. NOT ONCE did Wells Fargo follow up on this or call/communicate with Paypal to rectify this egregious error/wrong on their part. They sent me secure/encrypted messages just to say they hadn't done anything wrong! Now I have to make a dispute (that was THEIR decision after over and over again NOT taking any responsibility). THEY won't even take care of the massive issue they created but expect me to make another dispute (I did very reluctantly three days ago) AND now they want to make me prove that I double-paid! How ridiculous, crazy, and unprofessional! As if I haven't done enough! They certainly have NOT! They have all the information (I have spent well over 30 hours providing that) yet NOT ONE SINGLE REP has followed through on their end. BEWARE of this TOO BIG but completely out-of-sorts, OUT-SOURCED company that doesn't know how to do ANYTHING right by their customers ESPECIALLY when they make AWFUL mistakes. I am completely open to explaining my bitter experience in more detailed as needed.

***Update*** Bots galore and no human support. I have been trying to get help since December 26, 2024 and my issue is still unresolved. A copy of my system file was requested, which is weird, but still no help. I’ve been a paying customer for years. They recently charged my credit card to collect their payment. I receive marketing emails, but no support. They use bots to respond and close your support ticket without making an effort to solve the issue. I still have a problem that is unresolvd. I’ve created 4 separate tickets and all were closed with zero help.

Bad experience at Italian DELL Order Date: Nov 25, 2020 | Order: 92707407 | Internet Receipt Number (IRN): IT2008-1665-68866This order was canceled on Dec 16, 2020 without any valid reason and without giving me any explanation. The order was paid 866.16 euros and now they say it is no longer available and to choose a new laptop. I checked the Inspiron 15 5000 Series 5502 laptop is still available on the DELL website but to buy it back I would have to pay € 1,027.55This is a great misconduct, I asked for the order to be restored because there was no reason to cancel it after so many days.To me all this is a big damage because I work with the computer and I have wasted time and money waiting for your laptop. Every time I call customer support I speak to a different person and no manager takes care of it. A real shame, I didn't expect such behavior from a major brand like DELLAt this point I expect a DELL manager to solve this problem caused by poor management of the sales department and bad customer service.

Where to start. I ordered an air fryer on the 23rd December 2022. I was told it would be delivered on the 31st Dec. It did not arrive. Chatted to them online was told 1st - 2nd Jan delivery. It did not come. Chatted again was told by 5th Jan (now bear in mind we had been sitting in for days waiting) nothing arrived. Lots of emails back and forth then told delivery by 10th Jan. On the 9th Jan got an email to say the fryer had gone back to Amazon and they would be refunding my money. I have never ever been so disappointed in Amazon.es I was lied to things were covered up and I will be trying to contact higher up than the chat boxes to voice my complaints. This was a present from my children and we are really upset by it all. If it is the couriers fault as I kept being told CHANGE YOUR COURIER it’s not rocket science. AND that’s only half of it all 😡😡😡
