My husband is supposed to receive a payment for the 2nd time with this app for a car sold.With no explanation they withheld the funds and apply $100 fee. We use Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, but this is the worst. Very expensive and time consumming. I do not recommend and will not use it again.

Non of them work for shit, eigter doesnt heat ir cool or heat or cools way WAY beyong the tempeture its meant to go, i regret my purchase of this trash with all my heart butpanasonic wont let me refund their broken/shit product. I would like my money to be returned I have always loved IHG hotels and they have always been very accommodating. During the phone conversation I was charged $279.00 that is refundable if I attend a presentation. I was not told it was for a timeshare presentation before agreeing to the vacation. I would like my money to be returned. I will never agree to a timeshare regardless of the sell, now that I know how tricky IHG can be I will no longer patronize there establishments on official or leisure travel. I am very discussed with myself for being suckered into this by an organization that I have trusted for so many year. Shame on you IHG!

While the Adidas hat is a great item, I question ordering any from Amazon in the future. Be wary of anything that says it will be delivered by Amazon. It seems like most of these individuals are independent contractors, who couldn’t care less. You may get the item on the day promised, several days later or maybe never. You’ll often get the excuse that “delivery was attempted and we ran into a problem” what problem? You didn’t even drive down my street, stop lying! I didn’t request delivery to a business, I don’t live in a gated community, I don’t live in the sticks. Your lazy, incompetent driver just decided they don’t want to work! Simple solution, when this happens to customers along their route more than 3 times, fire them! Contacting amazon gets profuse apologies, but little else. I’ve yet to see any improvements, or any tangible compensation towards me. They definitely need to do a better job in vetting who they use as part of their delivery team.

I onboarded my business with Xero during their promotion which promised a £100 Amazon gift card. While I was initially excited, the experience of redeeming the reward through Xoxoday, their reward delivery partner, has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.Xoxoday is an Indian reward distribution company and nowhere near the level of professionalism or efficiency you'd expect from trusted providers like Tremendous or GiftPay. Here's what went wrong:1. I received an email from Xero with a link to redeem my gift card. Instead of a straightforward process, I was told to "place an order" for the gift card — why should I have to order something that's already been paid for by Xero?2. After placing the order, I was told to revisit the link in 24 hours. I waited, checked again, and then was told to wait another 24–48 hours and that the gift card would be sent via SMS — even though Xoxoday has no phone number for me! That's incredibly suspicious.3. I contacted Xoxoday support and got vague replies. I gave them the order reference, but they insisted I send my reward link — something I'm reluctant to do because of numerous reports online of drained or stolen gift cards associated with them.This whole process feels deceptive, delaying, and designed to avoid fulfilling the reward. It’s tarnished my experience with Xero, and I honestly expected better from a company of their reputation.Xero, please do better — your customers deserve a reliable, transparent reward process. I hope you reconsider your partnership with Xoxoday for the sake of future customers.

paid 150$ for fast delivery on a package. Driver arrived earlier then delivery window and waited less then 60 seconds before driving out of my driveway. By the time I ran up stairs and opened the door he was pulling out. Chased him trying to wave him down. Spent two hours on the phone trying to get them to deliver it that day to be told it was "impossible". I will have to wait till tomorrow and make sure im available during the delivery window. Despite the window being 4 hours long and them delivering it outside of said window. took me 30 minutes to talk to a real person and then they just read from their script and had 0 humanity. No wonder this is the worst rated delivery service in america. ive had outstanding customer service on a 20$ pizza delivery and am treated like an idiot on a 150$ delivery from ups. What a joke.
