Iris G of Seller Support

Iris G. of their Seller Customer Service refused to help me, I gave proof on my couriers valid tracking number, link and shipment photo but she all out refused to check them and maintained that my shipment is invalid because our local courier needs to connect with them. Unprofessional and no willingness to help. Etsy's agent and process just made me quit as a new seller on the platform.

Easy and cheap

Easy setup, lots of parameters directly accessible via the website. A little bit of research to correctly set up email (dmarc, dkim, spf) but I got there eventually.

Untrustworthy buyers and terrible customer service

Very disappointed with customer service and how they investigate refunds! I sent out a product that was like new, fully boxed, clean and nothing missing which you could clearly see in my photos. Unfortunately the buyer obviously didn’t like it so instead of asking me for a refund, she damaged the item and reported me. Customer service said they investigated and offered the lady a refund even though it was obvious what she had done. They couldn’t investigate their way out of a paper bag, they just wanted their refund fee! Once payments etc have been sorted out, I will close my account.

Too much loud chatter, the sleep stories kept me awake. One exception - Stephen Fry’s lullaby’s! I wish the whole app was Stephen Fry’s soothing voice.

The company that simply doesn't care …

The company that simply doesn't care on e they have your money.Delivered a rolled mattress that looked like it had been kicked all the way to my address.Told me if I want a refund IVE got to send it back.I requested a partial payment for the damage and I will keep the mattress hoping it was ok when unrolled and have now basically not replied and just ignoring me.Would never buy anything from Amazon again,lesson learnt!.What a terrible company!

Absolutely useless

Lost access to the email on my ubisoft account tried contacting them, took 2 weeks for a reply for them to practically tell me to go f myself and said we can't do anything go ask Microsoft for help, Microsoft can't recover deleted emails so went back to ubisoft sent them receipts and screenshotz of the conversations between me and Microsoft clearly stating my email cannot be recovered and doesn't exist. Still didn't change the email and gave my account a strike for u progressive behaviourThe only thing un progressive is you set of wankers

What on earth has happened to Pinterest…

What on earth has happened to Pinterest in this last week - what a total experience disappointment? For the last 8 years Pinterest has given me pure joy (16.5k pins) but changes effective this week mean if you try to click on a pin you like, the screen goes black, taking you to a whole load of similar pins, but not staying on the pin you clicked as it did before so that you can study it. It’s not a problem with the system as if you click on one of the thousands of ads that pepper the screen that are of no interest, the screen will open and you can study the catfood of your dreams or the high end fashion, 20 years too young for you. How I want to wind the clock back to last week and keep the lovely app that we had before. Pinterest please get your act together and consider your fanbase or you won’t have anyone left to look at your excessive and irrelevant adverts 😞Update 15.5.23 - Old Pinterest is back and working like before. Happy days. Thanks Pinterest you listened!

Utterly useless website

Utterly useless website. Particularly on mobile. I make the mistake of going there sometimes thinking maybe I should read what the Independent has to say but stay maybe 5 minutes before I have to give up. Pop ups, adverts that hang around on Safari (iPhone) random-refreshes. Please sack your entire webteam who are clearly utterly bereft of any talent whatsoever and maybe your readers might stay longer. Currently it is 100% unusable on iOS safari - big shame

An increasing amount of businesses have been abusing customers and employees everywhere, especially with poor customer support service, sweatshops, and wage slavery. Yelp's upper-class stockholders hide that ugly reality by censoring people's reviews with their corporate sellouts disguised as moderators. The people who really control Yelp do not care about human rights like free speech. It made me come to the conclusion that Yelp is run like a mafia. It's showing that technology is being weaponized because of very wealthy oligarchs who bully most people everywhere. Seriously, more people die and suffer now than years ago because businesses are being controlled by tyrants who censor lower-class citizens with increasing wealth inequality. I can't wait until World War 3 considering how cut-throat people have become these days at the expense of honesty and ethics. And these Yelp moderators have an audacity to use the phrase "hate speech" for hiding political corruption in the business world. I hate Yelp and its upper-class stockholders who bully people into Orwellian censorship that only benefits very wealthy oligarchs.

I was intimidated by the times…

I was intimidated by the times yesterday to pay £30 that I owed, despite believing I had not continued to subscribe once the 7 day free trial was finished. Having paid the money as I could see now at out and was told the subscription would continue if I didn’t pay, I asked for an email confirming my cancellation. I still haven’t received any confirmation from the times over 24 hours later. I can’t believe I actually paid the money but I didn’t know what else to do

Order process was great and when my item arrived (tshirt) it was larger than I expected so I emailed them to see if I could get an exchange they got back to me really quickly, printed and sent new size out and said I didn't need to send other back just give to a friend or charity which I thought was lovely. They also emailed me back again to make sure I was happy with order.I will definitely recommend and order from them again 😊

Manufacturer bricks they products after warranty

Don't trust they products. Just month after warranty ends, my printer "get a fault". In a two years printed maybe less than 100 pages, always well maintained, cartridges been used original and suddenly from nothing it stopped printing saying if you have an hp+ then get in touch. As it's always on wifi and auto updates, I assume they intentionally sending "update" which bricks your equipment. No other explanation. Just saying as engineer. This isn't right.

Worst possible experience

Worst possible experience. Internet went suddenly of at Saturday morning and I spent the entire day with 5 guys from call centers. All friendly and for sure competent, but they tried the entire day to fix the cable remotely. A visit by a technician was scheduled for Tuesday, but cancelled again, because „we would like to avoid sending a technician before ruling out all other possibilities“. So they sent a new router. Since then, I had contact with 8 different people trying to get the internet working again. Today they ran a test again and said the cable was broken somewhere in the building. The information from the guys before was always „but the cable seems to be intact, great“. I really cannot understand how a company can operate like this and still earn money. As soon as the contract allows it, I will quit.

New Dell Laptop 14 inch terrible support

Purchased new Dell Laptop 14 from Amazon March 2022. After setup, within 6 hours, it started blue screening and error no disk drive. Called and talked with support for hours. Went through several upgrades over several days. Finally agreed to send new drive. Sent the wrong drive. I fixed it myself. This is the second laptop in the last 6 months with problems and very poor support.
