Worst possible experience

Worst possible experience. Internet went suddenly of at Saturday morning and I spent the entire day with 5 guys from call centers. All friendly and for sure competent, but they tried the entire day to fix the cable remotely. A visit by a technician was scheduled for Tuesday, but cancelled again, because „we would like to avoid sending a technician before ruling out all other possibilities“. So they sent a new router. Since then, I had contact with 8 different people trying to get the internet working again. Today they ran a test again and said the cable was broken somewhere in the building. The information from the guys before was always „but the cable seems to be intact, great“. I really cannot understand how a company can operate like this and still earn money. As soon as the contract allows it, I will quit.
