New Dell Laptop 14 inch terrible support

Purchased new Dell Laptop 14 from Amazon March 2022. After setup, within 6 hours, it started blue screening and error no disk drive. Called and talked with support for hours. Went through several upgrades over several days. Finally agreed to send new drive. Sent the wrong drive. I fixed it myself. This is the second laptop in the last 6 months with problems and very poor support.
