Non-existent customer service. Complete waste of time attempting to start a chat - you answer all the basic questions, wait to be connected and THEN, receive a message that chat is not available due to high volume. After 5 days and countless tries, I opted to send an email since that is the only other option. After a few days, I received a response saying that they are getting a high volume of emails and would get to my email as soon as possible. Three days later, they send me a customer satisfaction survey, asking me to rate the customer service I have yet to receive!! It has now been 9 days and tons of time wasted but still no response.
