Impossible to check out ..

Impossible to check out ... I've been trying to buy two tickets for over half an hour now. I even have an account with them. Have filled in all the information fields about ten times. Have tried to check out in my account and as a guest. Help menu is useless. If you are an event organiser, you might want to think about how many people, like me, will just give up and not bother. And you'll never know.

EA Games, scams artists.

Rarely play a game, and i'm absolute trash at it. Which is fine, I just play for fun anyway. Was somehow banned for cheating that somehow affects other players. Not only do I not cheat, I'm not even sure how I would cheat to the point of affect other players in the way they told me(Like disconnect others services??). I don't cheat, ever morally it's just wrong and they can't even send me proof. Money spent on account now lost, absolute scam avoid at all costs. When emailing them they send you that we reviewed and you were banned, no proof of action, or proof that you account wasn't hacked or used elsewhere.

1.5 weeks of bad service

My refrigerator went down with the power about 1.5 weeks ago and never came back on. I reached out to my warranty company on it, who has their own problems and mistakenly believed I needed to work with Samsung to get this resolved. Ultimately, that wasn't the case nor figured out until 2 days ago. I called and spoke with Samsung's service reps (who were all nice enough) countless times during this period. Each time I called to open a ticket, it would eventually be canceled and I'd be notified by text. I'd then have to call back, repeat myself along with the problem again. This happened about 3 or 4 times. The repair company they put me in touch with was horrible too and I'm surprised Samsung continues to contract with them based on the number of negative reviews that company has too. Samsung eventually sent me another message that because I'm out of warranty (manufacturers) and they believe the part I would need is no longer available (no one ever came out to confirm what part that is) that I was basically on my own. How does a company tell you you're out of luck on a 1.5 year old fridge that cost $2k. I finally caused enough havoc with the extended warranty company through Home Depot for them to realize they should have handled the entire process and would find me another technician.Samsung, your reps are nice enough, but get your crap together. Having to repeat myself a million times only to be told my ticket is canceled for no reason and dealing w/ a repair company that doesn't pick up the phone. I put that blame all on you.

Extends Application Lifespans Easily

Parallels has thankfully extended the life of our Mac only accounting software for our ad agency after Catalina forced 25 years of smooth AccountEdge software to no longer make a transition to a Catalina version after months of adjusting their engineering to new Apple requirements. So AccountEdge moved on to PC servers and Cloud only options we looked at several versions of software for extreme cost increases. Parallels saved the day and I installed Mojave and am running AccountEdge with no issues as always before. This may extend the life of our accounting software for years, especially at a time it took 2 months to resolve several other complications from the 149 other Applications when forced to a new Catalina system. Kudos to Parallels for such great help in making things simple.

It is annoying that imdb now requires reviews to be at least 600 characters. Not every review requires 600 characters. All that requirement does is cause people to type long-winded unnecessary stuff in their review. I wish imdb would get rid of that requirement.

Buggy, glitchy, unreliable and only has AI customer service. this company can get bentRe: your update. It took days for the issue to be resolved with NO way to contact a human in the middle of an important period for me to be collecting data. I removed the files causing it to be over limit BEFORE reaching out to try and get help but was unable to get past your dumb crappy AI bot. Which, btw it even told me to contact you because it said it was a glitch in YOUR system. This review is because of how hard it was to get help and the fact that you are relying on unethical and incapable AI to do customer service. NEWS FLASH NO ONE WANTS AI.

We booked an apartment in Looe in Cornwall through Cornish Collections. WHAT A DISASTER.When we arrived at the apartment there was stripped down furniture in every room, that included the bathroom. There was a leak about a week before we were due to arrive but no-one felt it was important to notify us. We did get a full refund which was the least we expected. We phoned Cornish Collections straight away and told them we had arrived at the apartment, they asked us what the problem was! Obviously no-one from Cornish Collections had seen the state of the apartment which would explain why we didn't get a call. I did ask for a small token of compensation due to the fact our holiday was ruined. They responded that they gave us a full refund and we had the temerity to ask for more money! I did point out that at no point did I ask for money. There was a considerable trail of messages between ourselves and Cornish Collection which I am happy to pass to anyone wanting clarification on any of the above, I can even include photos.
