As others have commented the Information Commissioner’s Office has an internet form which you must fill in.The problem is that it wouldn’t let me input the evidence. If you state the evidence will have to come by email, it gets lost from the form - then the case is closed because your email input evidence doesn’t exist.Trying to find out why it had this problem, it appears that complainants can only I see small amounts of evidence as their system is set that way The Information Commissioner’s Office vexed my request for trying to point this out ….and suggest the levels be raised.If anyone else’s evidence has gone missing, please write a review of it in this site.I intend to take this further so any more evidence welcome.

It is bot managed to extract revenue from unsuspecting travelers. No accountability and property owners literally confirm your "wishes," not reservation, only until a higher rate is confirmed while departure date narrows down. In my last encounter, it simply dismissed a deposit paid from several weeks ago for flight departing 3 weeks from now, meaning it facilitated creating a "hole" in my established itinerary! Only now, in the bitter end , will reservation holder see Agoda's web design mimicking "support," in service to its true client, advertisers. After hours on hold, its overseas agent promised Agoda Cash in same amount of "involuntary refund" that its "partner" compelled me to "demonstrate" as deliberately indifferent. There is absolutely no administrative accountability at this Singapore based dog & pony show. You will find it's no different than Booking.com where they market through accommodation guarantees managed by bad actors--assurances made remain interpreted by property owner(s) who fabricate nonstop. You will not reach a supervisor btw, their "back end" team will have its way with you and not the way you like it.

My experience at Udacity has been very valuable for upskilling and staying current with the latest trends as well as preparing me for the future. I highly recommend developers challenge thereself and learn a new skill that will keep them relevant in the ever shifting landscape of technology.

Bought an HP in early 2023, have sent it back twice for the same issue. It shuts off randomly, and there is no error code or warning. After going through 3 different installations of windows 11 using the customer service, I finally persuaded them it wasn't a software issue. And they finally let me send it in. The first time I sent it in they said they couldn't find the issue, and they sent it back. The claim records say they replaced the main board, but I doubt that now. Because I had it only 3 weeks before it shut itself off again. So I contacted them again which was difficult to get to a person whom I could speak with about returning or replacing it. I sent it in again. Because it happens randomly, of course, it won't happen when the tech looks at it. They will not replace the computer and now they are sending it back without fixing it at all. It's still under warranty and yet they refuse to replace it. If the customer has been inconvenienced repeatedly I'd say you should trust them and make them happy. I had to buy a replacement laptop to cover while they have had mine for 3.5 months. I just received an email saying they are sending my computer back unrepaired -because they say they couldn't reach me or I didn't authorize repair, neither of which is true. What I told my service rep when we last spoke was that I did not authorize them to return it if they didn't repair it but to replace it if they can't diagnose the trouble and fix it. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I will NEVER buy another HP because customer service is not customer service. It's more like "deflect and deny" I'm extremely upset at being treated this way by a well-known company. Shame on them.

I subscribed to Coursera Plus as a French business with a valid VAT number, but I was incorrectly charged 20% French VAT despite being eligible for a B2B exemption under EU law. I contacted support to request a refund or corrected invoice, explaining the legal issue clearly, but they closed my case without resolution. This lack of flexibility for business customers and failure to address VAT compliance is frustrating, especially for a platform claiming to support learning. I’ve canceled my subscription and will explore other options. Coursera needs to improve its customer service and VAT policies for businesses.

I've been using Copper for a few months and it's been everything I want in a CRM and more! It's really intuitive and the Google integration is great. I like the automation capabilities, the templates, the pipelines, the customization - it has everything that I need. The onboarding and support made a big difference in getting set up as well. I can't recommend Copper enough!
