I’ve been a loyal ASOS customer for years — consistently choosing them over countless other retailers for their style variety and ease of shopping. But that loyalty clearly means nothing to them.Out of nowhere, my account was suspended for “suspicious activity” — with zero explanation, zero evidence, and zero chance to respond or rectify the situation. I received no prior warning, no clarification, just a vague accusation followed by radio silence.Since then, I’ve reached out multiple times via every available channel — email, social media, customer service forms — and have been completely ignored. Not even the courtesy of an automated response. It’s as if I’ve been blacklisted without a single legitimate reason, and now they can’t be bothered to offer even the most basic customer support.Let me be very clear: I have done nothing suspicious or against their policies. I take my online security seriously and I know my activity was entirely above board. This treatment is not just unprofessional — it’s insulting.ASOS, you’ve shown me (and many others, from the looks of similar complaints online) that you value neither loyalty nor accountability. There are plenty of other retailers who will happily take my business — and actually respect their customers in the process.Disgraceful.

Well, the program was great, in the sense that it anticipated who your contacts were, and also gave one the option of organizing emails in a professional manner. The 1 * comes from the fact that I now have to call a troubleshoot line to attach photos to the email. It also comes from the fact that the troubleshooting source are random people in India who have no idea what I'm talking about. If you are going to entrust your company's information to an outside Source, at least make sure they understand how to attach images to an email first. And I am not sure where the charge for $40 came from, but they hinted that in order to restore this function I would have to pay $40 whereas it had been free up until this point. I understand that Microsoft is a big business, but that's no reason to make it 9 levels of hell just to send an email with photo attachments. Please allow for the choice to EMBED a photo versus attaching ratber than trtimg to pass off an embedded photo as an attached one so that I can in good conscience change the rating.

I am a near 69 year old 100%disabled american veteran. Also have brain damage ffrom stroke. I make mistake often with passwords. Because I just do that you block my acct. so now I am going to commit suicide and leave notes on my body so that the world knows it. because any messages sent to you do not work. you rob me of the little pleasure I have left. Won't try to help me at all. i have computer shop make me another hotmail but I get no messages. also cannot enter my USAA band acct because cannot get code they send me. Se no reason to live and I want the world to know this. I will let veteran affairs know this before I commit suicide

Very very poor service. Had a very bad experience with Kayak.com. The instructions were not very clear. I was told at Heathrow in London that I need a transit visa to board my onward flight to India and this was not made very clear at the time of the booking I’ve came across passengers sent back from Abu Dhabi to London because they did not have a transit visa. I had to buy another ticket from Abu Dhabi to India. Poor service. No one to talk to at the time of booking. Only interested in selling you add ons and all that information is very clear. I am reporting them to trading standards.

don't want to give discogs a bad review as i still value it but the simple fact is the new asp has decimated sales. used asp for years with over 10,000 items listed but as soon as u add the 'all my items' section sales fall off a cliff.u should have tested this properly before making it mandatory as it has destroyed business 4 a number of sellers. there has to be a bug which should have been sorted out before now.the design is clunky - probaly the worst i've used - and like many lost money when orders do come in because boxes shut when u move the cursor & u forget 2 go back.just awful. if u had at least spent some money on it u could have made it user friendly and actually have made asp appealing. u know: make it intuitive to a certain country's postal needs?? as it is it looks as tho it was designed in the 1990s by a 5 year old on his first computer. shambolic.will give it a couple more days but if nothing improves i'll have 2 concentrate elsewhere & start taking items down.like most, i do have bills 2 pay, a christmas 2 try & salvage with orders, and in the middle of a pandemic, so can't wait until u get your act together.that might never happen.ps. in fact started moving stuff away now as thinking about it i i just don't think u can sort out this mess anytime soon and everyday it stays like this i lose money.no need 4 a canned response as it really won't help. i know how 2 use your poundland piece of rubbish tool; the tool kills business.pps. turned the 'all my items' segment off as there appears to be another bug. stuff i sold in the past now seems to be appearing for sale again. u only know when u have a sale for that item. what a nightmare.there's so much to sort out - i'll leave it awhile, concentrate elsewhere and see if anything improves after christmas. no point in trying to salvage christmas here - it's just a mess and discogs support seem to be overwhelmed & not replying in a timely manner.

Worst customer support from any company I’ve ever done business with. Microsoft should be ashamed of how they are taking advantage of their long-time, loyal customers. In my MOST RECENT case with Xbox support, my new controller began malfunctioning. The left stick would strafe up constantly. The controller just falls outside of the policies 3 month warranty, however, this controller has been virtually unused, and in perfect cosmetic condition. Not only is there not a live representative to hear my case, their online support is simply the most basic troubleshooting steps that to my knowledge has never helped anyone. I have been using Xbox products for 15 years, not anymore. I can’t afford to play the buggy games, with their buggy and terrible service, with their broken hardware, any longer. It truly is pitiful to see a company that has done so well in the past, being pulled down and tarnished by their own crappy business model and behavior. Goodbye forever, Microsoft. Will miss you with nostalgia, for that’s all that’s left.

I am also one of the very many people who hate the new design. Duolingo has just alienated it's entire community besides the newcomers.The Duolingo company claims it's to assist new participants in their learning by making the design more simple and easier to understand, meanwhile it's the complete opposite. None of the options make sense, I have no idea where to find things, there's no way to chose your own way of learning and is overall horribly confusing. I'd be beyond disappointed if the company does not realize how hated the new path is and either revert to the perfectly simple and easy to use layout or revise the new one thoroughly.I absolutely despise the fact you can now lose hearts on revision lessons. It ruins the point of having them. Plus you do 20 questions and get ONLY 5 XP. Not even possible to get a streak bonus.I thought the lesson XP nerf was bad but THIS is a whole new level of ruined.

A stupid creepy AI man will not leave me alone. Saying I have to pay money to be able to unpin him. It’s so creepy and I’m probably gonna have major anxiety over the little creature. Most terrible service.I ordered 2 jackets, the parcel was divided into 2 parts, I received one part, but the second did not, the track shows that the parcel did not come to me, but the macys service continued to play for time and do everything so as not to return the money to me.I had to order this jacket again, but I still haven't received a refund for the lost package.The delivery service informed me that it was in their warehouse, but they did not want to return the money to me.Upset by this attitude towards the buyer.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a Brio Ultra HD Pro Webcam on 28th March that said it was in stock and paid extra for 2 day delivery as I desperately needed it for work (I cancelled an order elsewhere that had one on backorder). Contacted Logitech a few days later as I had no despatch note, and was then informed by the team they had a 7-10 day backlog in picking (thanks for not telling me earlier), but not to worry because the product was definitely in stock. Oh by the way, the extra payment for delivery was apparently only the delivery timescale once it was picked, not from order to delivery!Waited patiently for 8 days for my despatch note email and then received an email from Logitech (great!) saying that I would NOT get the item until June as there was a backlog (WTH?!) - what happened to my product that was definitely in stock and just being picked! Checked my bank statement and they had taken payment when ordered so I contacted their team to cancel the order and they said it would take 7 - 10 days to process a refund and there is nothing they could do, no discussion, that was their process (well my process is that if you take my money immediately you return it immediately, funnily enough they work to whatever they want to). So there you go, appalling £215 out of pocket until they refund, 20 days after taking my money (still waiting).Avoid ordering direct at all cost, I hope this review helps at least one other person avoid this situation. I wish I had done a search on reviews first, but you expect a company like Logitech with decent products to offer an equally decent buying service - this is sadly not the case.

Ebay prevented me from leaving a negative review and tried to manipulate me into contacting the buyer. I had tried to cancel an order within 24 hours because it was not the right item even though it was listed as perfect fit by Ebay. The vendor said the item had already shipped but UPS didn't have a tracking number for 3 days. I now own a usless item. Won't use Ebay anymore no integrity
