Most terrible service.I ordered 2 jackets, the parcel was divided into 2 parts, I received one part, but the second did not, the track shows that the parcel did not come to me, but the macys service continued to play for time and do everything so as not to return the money to me.I had to order this jacket again, but I still haven't received a refund for the lost package.The delivery service informed me that it was in their warehouse, but they did not want to return the money to me.Upset by this attitude towards the buyer.
