I am a graphic designer and have been using Flipsnack to design a brochure from scratch. I would definitely not recommend this piece of software unfortunately, as it's too glitchy.Some examples of the issues I've been having are:- logging back in to see pages have been moved, graphics are missing that were previously there, content deleted- you cannot link text boxes in columns- when you click on an asset it moves position rather than staying in situ- you cannot change the crop of a photo inside a mask- some of the fonts provided have tracking issues i.e. large spaces between some of the characters which you cannot change- when you enlarge their set bank of shapes some of them warp so you can't use them effectively

I enjoy this service but there are a few bugs. Firstly, when listening to a playlist, and then you search for a new song and you want to select this new song and play it, I do not want it added to the current playlist, I want it to launch a track mix basically, which it seems to do sometimes but not others.Second issue is the quality of Hifi should be increased to match Tidal and Apple music hi res as soon as possible.Third issue is, why can't I plug my phone into the usb port in my car and play Deezer directly through that connection? It seems like that should be able to do that even without Android Auto.

I signed up for Claude AI excited about its capabilities but quickly became frustrated with their deceptive token threshold system. Claude initially warned me I exceeded the token limit by over 20%. This seemed manageable, so I started removing unnecessary content from my documents.As I got closer to the limit, the goalposts seemed to move. After reaching 7%, then 6%, and finally 1%, I removed even more content. Shockingly, Claude then informed me I was 99% over the threshold. This is completely unreasonable!This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. They lure you in with a seemingly achievable target, then make it near impossible to stay under the limit. It's incredibly frustrating and makes it difficult to use the service effectively.If you're considering Claude AI, beware of their misleading token threshold system. Their lack of transparency makes it a gamble whether your task will be feasible. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time signing up to use this cursed LLM.

I've been using venmo for about 3 months now they have stolen over $250 from me with no help from customer service I would get $40 in gas and it would take 60 and never refunded my wife sent me $130 and then no took $100 I would not recommend using this app at all they are scamming people for their money

I found out I have been charged £17.99 instead of the usual monthly charge of £10.99. I checked and I saw I had been upgraded to the Premium Family Subscription which I have never requested since I'm on my own. I looked up for the support, didn't find it simple. I started the chat with the automatic advisor that couldn't help, then I was connected to an advisor called Maudy A.The advisor wasn't helpful at all, I needed to extrapolate the info through asking questions, otherwise I was receiving partial information. After 45 minutes of the above I was left with a statement... I nudged for more clarification with a "Yes, so?".Maudy A came back after 3 minutes with a sarcastic reply.I asked to talk to a manager, I was transferred in less than 10 minutes.I wanted to report the whole thing, the Premium Family Subscription wasn't the issue any more.NOW, if you have an escalation you would be very careful and patient wouldn't you?I was passed to Alaiza Joy D, I kindly asked them who they were, they say a "Higher Support".I asked them to take their time and read the support I received, they totally avoid the subject and continued to talk about the Premium Family Subscription. I asked again about their opinion on the matter and they say they were sorry and carried on about the issue with the Subscription.I asked to talk to their manager. There was no manager and they kept me on the chat for about 20 minutes while I kept asking to talk to a manager. At the end they closed the conversation.I'll ask for a refund through Paypal and look out for a better platform, no wonder why all these negative reviews.

I bought a pair of concert tickets from Songkick. They were unable to send actual tickets for the event, just the promise that the tickets will be available on the day of the show. I contacted the concert venue, and they have no idea who Songkick is, and says they won't grant entry with a Songkick receipt. I asked for a refund from Songkick, and they refused, telling me to trust them - the tickets will magically appear, even though the venue says otherwise. Avoid Songkick!

Songkick keeps me up to date with when my favourite bands are playing with regular text alerts. I can also post a review of my music experiences after each concert. Songkick is a user friendly site that is efficient and customer friendly . Thank you for excellent service. Andrew Taylor
