Review of delta

Poor loyalty program since 2023

Their service on board is EXCELLENT. They offer good food, entertainment, and information. I used to love Delta but their new Skymiles program benefits only rich people. It's MUCH HARDER to earn status. They want to push Delta Vacations (I get better options and prices elsewhere). It's just not worth it. They have also limited benefits from credit cards, which makes it even less worth it to travel with them. Why bother?

What happened to customer service?

I have been a customer of calandly for the last 4 years or so. Started off with the free version and then paid $200 for the last 3 years. This past year I didn’t use it. I was charged August 25 for a new year. I saw this and decided to cancel my account to get my money back. I did not know this at the time… but apparently there are several ways to “cancel” your account and if you don’t do it properly there’s no reimbursement? Anyways, I learned this after the fact. I canceled by account on the 26 expecting to see a reimbursement into my account like every other subscription I have canceled. When it didn’t come I emailed calendly with no reply. Three emails later I haven’t gotten a reply. I was a previous customer that used this app and paid money for it and was happy to! If I made a mistake canceling the subscription fine, reply to my emails at the very least. And reimburse me since I’m not using the subscription anymore! I wouldn’t recommend them anymore based off of this experience. Their customer service used to be much better. What has happened to customer service? I would like some accountability from Calendly here.

This USED to be a good site

This USED to be a good site. It's awful now. Advertising hundreds of items when most of it is unfulfillable. No explanation as to why. Still advertising items they know are unavailable. Nothing but bot chat offering a voucher. I give up. I'm waiting for a refund but not holding my breath it's practically impossible to get any human to talk to. Bad bad bad. I won't be even trying to order from here again.

I’ve been a loyal Envato customer for over 15 years, having first created an account on behalf of the company I worked for at the time—well before the introduction of the subscription model. Over the years, Envato has remained a go-to resource for quality digital assets, and I’ve always appreciated the value they provide.However, as my annual subscription approaches renewal, for the first time I’m seriously reconsidering. The primary reason is the platform’s continued use of USD-only pricing, which has become increasingly difficult to justify given the ongoing depreciation of the Australian dollar. While currency fluctuations have always been a factor, recent economic shifts have made the conversion rate significantly less manageable.It would be beneficial for long-standing platforms like Envato to offer local currency support—particularly for markets like Australia—much like Adobe and Microsoft do. This would help ensure pricing feels fair and transparent for international customers, rather than placing an additional financial burden at checkout.

Vodafone knocking on doors uninvited

Some people from Vodafone literally came to my house and invited themselves in just to force a contract on me. They were so shameless, clingy and pushy. Took me 30 minutes to get rid of them. Every time I said I should do my own research they would reply with "WHY? just sign your stuff on this tablet and then cancel it you have 14 days..."I had horrible experience with Unitymedia before it was merged with Vodafone (no internet for hours per day + no answer from support) and this just proves that Vodafone is the exact same and even worse!

Worst customer service

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No first call resolution. First line service reps are useless. Apparently, so are the customer rep supervisors). Took almost 4 hours on the phone and more than a month to get a refund. Was promised $100 credit on 1/10 for the hassles Macys and 3rd party vendor (Adore Me…they also mirrored Macy’s bad customer service). Tries (1st level supervisor) told I won’t be getting the credit. VERY bad to promise and then not follow through with promise. Clark #91216179 (2nd level supervisor) promised $100 credit via mail by 1/23/3025. I doubts I’ll receive it and it expect it will have serious limitations.I have never had to waste so much time with customer service on a simple return. Based on the shopping, return, and associated customer service experience, I will not be shopping at Macy’s.com in the future and I cannot recommend they anyone else shop there either. I have had so many more better shopping experiences through other online retailers like Amazon, Kohls, Walgreens, Walmart, and Zappos. I recommend shopping anywhere but Macys.com.

The two combination of the two activities are the best you can get in the region.Yetkin is a very knowledgeable guide. He will give you a comprehensive historic overview of the sites and give you time to explore and take picture. You will not be taken to any shops unless you want to. No annoying pushy shop keepers to deal with.I will recommend to take swimming clothing for the hot springs.

The customer service is the worst

The customer service is the worst. I just got transferred out of customer care to the wrong department intentionally so the customer service rep could go home. When the technical support department tried to transfer me back to the customer care, they were closed. After being on hold for 45 minutes, this was not ideal.

Horrible Service

I was at Ulta today. I was waiting at the checkout counter and no one was there. After a while I started timing it. I heard someone tell the cashier multiple times that someone was waiting, but no one showed up. Five plus minutes later the girl begins slowly coming over. She is stopping and fixing things on the shelf, not caring that I am there. Even after looking at me and someone telling her again I was waiting. She then grabs another woman's product and takes it around the register to ring her up. She looks at me and says I will be with you in a moment. I say back (nicely) that I have been waiting. The woman's whose product she took says she does not mind waiting til after me. The cashier tells her absolutely not, looks at me and says I can wait. I set my products down on the counter and just walk out. She does not apologize, I just heard her give some comment to me in a very snippy voice. This is not the first time I have waited at the line with no one to check me out. Another employee will always be telling someone I am there and I am always ignored. It is always the same girl who then eventually comes up. This never happens when there is another cashier there. And this specific one never apologizes for my wait. I usually don't care because I understand people are busy. But taking the other woman in front of me, when she suggested that she didn't mind waiting was the last straw for me. I will not go back there.

Got charged even though I cancelled - I tried their premium subscription to see what it was like and it wasn't any good for me so I cancelled before the billing period but then got charged £54.99 out of nowhere, I spoke to them and they told me to speak to Google Play Store so I did, then they couldn't refund me as LinkedIn had received the money

Review of Instagram

Terrible app - and the CEO is lame

Terrible app! First, the sell our data without caring and now he's ruined the algorithm. Not only that, but with no more fact checking, I'm afraid this app is now too political and I don't want any part of it. I've also had my account HACKED and shut down without being able to appeal because IG is full with bots and hackers that they do nothing about - even if they EXTORT people via messages... Definitely DO not recommend. Def go to Red Note (or book lol) instead and save yourself :)

OK until yr hacked

Absolutely useless.... had an account that was hacked and log in details changed... totally useless links to recover send you round and round in endless circles.... probably no point in writing this because i doubt anyone at Instagram has enough IQ to read it but i feel better for it. God help you if you get hacked because the useless spanners at support won't
