I have been a customer of calandly for the last 4 years or so. Started off with the free version and then paid $200 for the last 3 years. This past year I didn’t use it. I was charged August 25 for a new year. I saw this and decided to cancel my account to get my money back. I did not know this at the time… but apparently there are several ways to “cancel” your account and if you don’t do it properly there’s no reimbursement? Anyways, I learned this after the fact. I canceled by account on the 26 expecting to see a reimbursement into my account like every other subscription I have canceled. When it didn’t come I emailed calendly with no reply. Three emails later I haven’t gotten a reply. I was a previous customer that used this app and paid money for it and was happy to! If I made a mistake canceling the subscription fine, reply to my emails at the very least. And reimburse me since I’m not using the subscription anymore! I wouldn’t recommend them anymore based off of this experience. Their customer service used to be much better. What has happened to customer service? I would like some accountability from Calendly here.
