Worst customer service

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No first call resolution. First line service reps are useless. Apparently, so are the customer rep supervisors). Took almost 4 hours on the phone and more than a month to get a refund. Was promised $100 credit on 1/10 for the hassles Macys and 3rd party vendor (Adore Me…they also mirrored Macy’s bad customer service). Tries (1st level supervisor) told I won’t be getting the credit. VERY bad to promise and then not follow through with promise. Clark #91216179 (2nd level supervisor) promised $100 credit via mail by 1/23/3025. I doubts I’ll receive it and it expect it will have serious limitations.I have never had to waste so much time with customer service on a simple return. Based on the shopping, return, and associated customer service experience, I will not be shopping at Macy’s.com in the future and I cannot recommend they anyone else shop there either. I have had so many more better shopping experiences through other online retailers like Amazon, Kohls, Walgreens, Walmart, and Zappos. I recommend shopping anywhere but Macys.com.
