Unfortunately, have to put a 1 star rating, because I never had the chance to test the actual app. Support service is one of the laziest I've ever seen. I have an ongoing issue for more than a year - I can not login using my initial email and support agents keep answering some nonsense instead of solving the real case.I do not believe that it is so hard to solve an issue that your customer has - let him log in. They told I have a duplicate account, but I am not aware of any duplicates. Please close them and let me use your services already.

We spent considerable time searching for the perfect northern Wisconsin rental on Vrbo, ensuring it had space for our kids to enjoy quality time on a lake. We booked the property in March 2025 for a late July stay. However, on June 1st, we were notified that the owner had sold the property and canceled our booking.After contacting several local real estate companies, we learned the property was listed for sale in May but had no pending offers or completed sale at the time of our cancellation. Why were we not notified it was being sold allowing us the opportunity to cancel This raises serious concerns about the host’s transparency and Vrbo’s oversight. Where is the accountability for hosts who cancel bookings without valid reason? Vrbo’s policies penalize guests with fees for canceling after a specified date, yet there seems to be no equivalent consequence for hosts or compensation for guests. Why isn’t Vrbo ensuring hosts honor their contracts or offering discounts to affected customers? This experience highlights a lack of fairness and lack of fairness and reliability in Vrbo’s platform, leaving us frustrated and without the vacation we planned.If Hilton has an issue they offer an upgrade. MailerLite have made a complete cock up over the migration from Classic to the New MailerLite. I have had so much stress over the migration that I decided to stick with Classic and upgrade to a paid account. They took my money and thanked me but my account was never acknowledged to be a paid one. So I got none of the benefits or help despite giving them my money. I eventually contacted them ( once I worked out how to do this - and believe me it isn't easy) after about 3 days they replied that I didn't have a paid for account. This is with them having already taken my money. So now with deadline of Feb 1st having passed they have closed my account! The one I paid for! I am furious. I thankfully downloaded my subscriber list in advance. MailerLite are coming across as arrogant and indifferent and I am finding another email provider.

Closed my account for no reason, they claimed it was a security and couldn't disclose the reason for this. I simply used it for small crypto holdings and as a wallet. Extortionate commissions and fees to use it to. Avoid Kraken. There's much better crypto exchanges to use. I've read a lot of people that this has happened to, so no don't trust kraken with your crypto.

one star is to much,, worst social media active..i got hacked again on Facebook, no security at all..so they shut my hacked account down and the new ones i made.. i make an account and i do nothing on it then it lasts about 7 days max before the Facebook minions shut it down. with no reason and no way of knowing what went wrong.. done this a dozen times now.

I only found out that they never contacted the hotel at all when I reached out to the hotel myself.This experience was not only time-consuming but also completely frustrating. I was misled and given false assurances, and ultimately, I had to resolve the issue myself. It’s shocking that a company like Expedia, which promises customer support, failed to provide any real assistance.Given this failure, I am now actively sharing my story across platforms to warn others. Avoid Expedia if you expect reliable customer support.
