NO customer service

I have a host of complaints about my most recent experience with Eventbrite for event tickets with our recent event. I’ve used Eventbrite for several years to sell tickets to the shoppers of our semi annual event. We encounter problems of some sort every time——but this last event was of epic proportions. We had trouble with scanning on the day of our event—when we have thousands of people lined up wanting access as soon as the doors open. We were unable to remedy the problem with the scanners—and had NO WAY OF CONTACTING YOU FOR ANY HELP. We ended up just letting people in, trusting that they actually had legit tickets -----without being able to scan them. An accounting nightmare for us. It's completely asinine that you have NO PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE for immediate assistance in an emergency situation. That is terrible customer service, especially when you charged over $8000 in fees for my event. I’m definitely looking at other options for ticket sales for our next event. And have shared my grievances with several other event producers when they ask for my opinion.
