Great app

Great app! Only complaint is that $15 is too much money to pay every month to get access to the features they offer. Besides that, they could be a little more user friendly. As a first time user I had to play around with the app and do a little trial and error to learn.

Google equipment is just Crap!

I too wish I had read these reviews regarding the Nest Thermostat. Isn’t it convenient that Google will not allow you to review their products on their website!! I suspect because most of what they do is crap and the reviews would show this. DO NOT BUY THEM! The quality is awful, but worst of all their Customer Services are not interested. I have the same issues that others have complained about, the heating and hot water coming on for no reason. Customer Services expect me to pay to fine out what the fault is. No other reputable company would behave this way.Google should stick to being a search engine. Their electronics equipment is crap. I have had 2 web cams, both failed, their Google Hub doesn’t understand you half the time, and the Nest Thermostats are just expensive rubbish.

Thank you for helping me

Bought something from a 3rd party through BOL. The 3rd party was unwilling to work with me with a warranty, they would not work with me getting an updated product that i would happily pay extra for or returning my money so I could get the product I wanted somewhere else. I contacted BOL and they helped me, the next day I was notified that I was getting all my money back. Thank you BOL for helping when the 3rd party wouldn't.

Rick customer agent and Sourabhi manager were both very terrible…

Rick customer agent was very terrible along with Sourahbi manager from Agoda. I hope no one gets to experience what I did! I am utterly disappointed! I paid for Free breakfast only to be told by the receptionist at Yooma Urban Lodge Brussels that I did not pay for the breakfast. I was on the phone asking for a refund but Rick said he cant give me 204 USD which is the amount of the breakfast that I paid for my 3 days stay at the hotel with my family. He said he can only give 137.4 USD which is the already the maximum refund thecan give and which is going to my Agoda Cash. I told him this is not fair for why would I get less from the amount I paid and in the first place its not even my mistake! In fact I told him it would even benefit Agoda for I am receiving an Agoda Cash and wont be refunded on my creditcard and which I need to use within 6 months. He said he was talking to his manager Sourabhi who said was trying to contact me on 2 different numbers I gave him but said I cant be contacted still. According to him his manager cant contact me even though I was on roaming and then he said Sourabhi emailed me on 2 different emails but then I never received any email! I actually believed he and the manager were lying the whole time! Really ruined my first day!! Been on my phone the whole time- morning till evening!! His reply was so late and wont even update me whats happening!! Been asking for his name and his manager for I was so frustrated with both of them but after asking him so many times only told me their names after 2 hrs. I told him Im going to screenshot our conversations for I was so disappointed and when I checked he deleted our previous conversations!!! I was so furious! Then suddenly he started not replying. I was so fed up that I said just give me the 137.4 USD and then suddenly I was transferred to another agent Benedict who initially said he will look into the convo said to hold for 5-10 mins I kept waiting. Eventually after 20 mins I asked if he still there and then after 10 mins Benedict replied saying he is now closing the the chat for an agent will be emailing me soon. When I tried to type I was already blocked. So I dont have a choice but to end the conversation. So so upsetting and disappointing I have no words with the service I received! I am very frustrated! Terrible terrible service with Agoda!!! Apparently, this is not new with them. Talked with the receptionist and I was told that they have plenty of experiences with Agoda where this company kept fooling customers with free breakfast so you will book with them! Terrible terrible company!!

Recently received AAA mailing saying how their rates beat State Farm, Geico, Progressive, etc. I called to compare to my current policy. AAA was over $600.00 higher than my State Farm policy.

I had very bad experience with Venmo. Someone scammed me on Venmo. I was expecting my item and never got it. I reported immediately to Venmo and they didn’t do anything about. I never got my money refunded. Do not use it please! don’t use Venmo! instead use PayPal.

Don’t use this company

Don’t use this company. Failed to deliver an order, offered no assistance at all, and couldn’t get hold of anyone in customer service for assistance. They’ve failed to deliver an item that’s been paid for, and are taking no responsibility for THEIR issue - taking this further of course as they’re in breach of laws, but just a warning to others, this company clearly don’t value their customers or their duties whatsoever.

HP Printer Ink Replacement Service

I cancelled my HP Printer Ink replacement service as i felt it was too expensive and I wasnt using suffiecient ink after 1 year of supplies. On cancelling HP stoppped my printer from working until I had bought new supplies to replace the service supplied ink which had still plenty of ink available. In my opinion i had paid for that ink and they effectively defrauded my from using ink I had paid for. I feel this is a ripp off service and do not recommend using them. In addition the web based support is very slow and unresponsive when checking supply levels and using all hte options on the printer ie scanning etc. Poor and complicated service

Amazing customer experience. Getting to a human was quick and then they really understood what I was trying to do and talked me through every step. I was done with one interaction and walked away with a better understanding of a couple of their other product offerings. They also just don't push sales and still enthusiastically helped me even when I didn't purchase a suggested item
