I purchased a book only my credit card was had been stolen, so I was asked to update with new card details. This I did but some days latter They sent me a no reply email saying my order would be cancelled unless I updated my card.I tried to contact them to say this has been done some days before. BUT you can not contact them unless it is an option they want to talk about & my problem was not one of those options. No customer service at all.
