My PayPal order was declined - don’t know why. When I tried to change pmt method, it wouldn’t process. Had to cancel order then reorder. Lost the $40 first time purchurser coupon too. Very displeased and not phone number easily available to talk to someone with a pulse. My first and only purchase unless I get $40 credit applied to this purchase!

Review of openai
Anything that is against hate is censored in an apologetic, admonishing tone, for which you could only slap a real person in the face. Are we at OpenAI finally going the way of Trump and Co.? Do they like what OpenAI is doing? Apparently, they do. It's unbelievable how obvious this becomes when using it and how it makes any subscription worthless. Unfortunately, there is no real alternative, and OpenAI has been on the scam train for a long time. Just like Anthropic, Google and Microsoft, you can only hate these companies, there is no other way.

Review of alamy
I found Alamy to be very impressive in two respects. First, the sheer range of stock photography available. Second, the extreme efficiency with which Alamy staffers answered email correspondence. Alamy's services are not cheap (if cheapness is your sole aim you had better try elsewhere), but in my view they are worth the money involved.
Review of alamy
I have been very impressed at my dealings with Alamy. It is obvious from Google searches and looking at their website that they have a comprehensive range of images available to license. What’s not so immediately apparent is that this is also backed up by outstanding customer service. I recently purchased images to use in my next novel, and after I had purchased four of them, I realised I would’ve been better buying a package deal. Alamy it would’ve been perfectly within their rights to say that once the images had been downloaded and paid so they could not be refunded, but they immediately agreed to do this once I bought them as a package.Even more helpfully, when I made a mess of doing this, they patiently sorted out the problems I have caused for myself and now I have the images at an even lower price. It was great when companies go above and beyond what is required of them, and this is the case in this instance. Well done!
Review of themeforest
We made a double payment for the theme acquisition, and upon reporting the issue, our account got blocked. We have been waiting for a resolution for a week now. While we appreciate Paypal's commitment to refund the second payment, attempting to download the license reveals that the account remains locked.

Review of ihg
Booked a room for two nights using points and cash. Subsequently cancelled the reservation and rebooked for one night using points and cash. Be aware if you reserve using this method IHG will refund points for the cancellation but no cash. Hence we ended up paying for three nights. Money does not go to hotel but to IHG Corporate. Intransigent despite several emails. Will use up my points and then never rebook with them again!
Review of depop
I received a letter from the seller via EVRI the delivery service saying my coat was on the way. The coat never arrived and it was part of a scam. As EVRI had delivered the letter as 'delivery evidence' Depop has continuously refused to issue a refund. I never received the item advertised and that I paid for, only a letter as part of a scam. DEPOP has been terrible investigating this, and will not issue a refund. I will never use DEPOP again.

Review of shipstation
Started out cool. But basically since march 2020, things have been sliding down hill. Support is helpful sometimes, but not usually. Like 1 out of every 3/4.edit: and i've opened like 8 support cases about this, they are ignored, then closed.Everything worked flawlessly in the beginning. Then they tried beta testing a new look, aka just moving everything around to un-intuitive locations. Garbage, but after complaining several times they changed me back to the original working version. Things were more or less workable for a while.Recently, I found I could add shipstation's ups account and get bulk rates. This broke all of the mapped defaults. Remapping them doesn't work. For some reason, paying for a label and printing the label no longer prints the label, I have to go find it in the shipments tab, which of course, is not in exact chronological order, it's some arbitrary variant. Even though I told them to charge my amex card for shipping, they pull it from my bank account, and even though I authorized them to charge me when I print postage, they still ask me every single label for authorization.Support is good at checking to see they don't have any problems on their end, and suggesting a reboot and to clear cookies. Very good at that.If I have to put up with this stuff for another 6 weeks, this will be a one star review. Edit: never mind, it's one star. it's been a week.these people literally BROKE their whole platform. it's constantly asking me to reload in order to print the labels, when i ok the reload (which i already preauthorized), it doesn't even print. every single order i have to reselect the shipping service, and it's impossible to remap it so it works correct the way it did last year.
