To be honest, EA are near enough the worst gaming company there is. They’re absolutely horrendous at both pleasing fans and organising themselves properly. It wouldn’t surprise me if their staff comprised of 2 year olds. I’ve played multiple EA games and every time they centre on money - namely the fifa franchise but others as well. Loot box mentality is rife and they slyly target young adults, teens and young kids in order to make profit. Horrible overly capitalist company which I would highly recommend staying away from and not buying into.I sincerely hope they go under and get punished for the pain they cause and have caused people with their ridiculous ignorance.

They will auto renew your subscription even when you didn't sign up for it. They didn't even email me. I jsut saw the charge on my card. When I called them, agent would try to be stubborn and ignore your refund request and keeps selling you an offer and trying to make you scared about threats, etc. They are greedy plus they keep blocking Spotify. Better to just stick with windows defender.

I was just checking my bank account and was horrified to find a payment for £19.99 for the Telegraph - that is way more than I was paying at the outset! Have to take responsibility for not noticing sooner, but what REALLY annoys me is that even though I originally subscribed through them, I can't cancel on their website, instead I have to call them during business hours, which is hugely inconvenient for a whole host of reasons. I'd been planning to cancel for ages as the quality of journalism is nowhere near what it used to be, and this has decided me. I'm definitely not paying 20 quid a month for this!!

All the cars are old and moldy. I’m paying good money for this service and I get in the cars and they stink and they’re full of mold and I’m very allergic to the point I can’t breathe sometimes. I’m not going to continue to pay money for my health to be compromised. Lyft needs stricter rules around the cars they allow to be used as service vehicles for the public. I could have a full asthma attack in one of the moldy vehicles and if I do, you’d best believe I am suing. I’m using Uber from now on bc I do not have these experiences when I use them.

Not only could ASUS support not assist me they made it worse and left me with a virually unusable computer. I wanted them to assist me to turn on Secure Boot so that I could load Windows 11. After following their instructions on the Chat line, the computer was no longer bootable. Whenever the power was turned on it wend to the BIOS screen. It no longer recognized my hard drive. They were unable to reset the computer the way it was and suggested that I take it to a repair depot.

I purchased a Asus Zenbook back in Nov 2023. Expensive ! They place a generic hard drive in the laptop which totally failed after only about 1.5 yrs of use. Not only is this bad but their custoner service absolutely sucks, Never would I purchase another Asus product.
