Flying with Emirates used to mean a safe comfortable flight with not great worries about extra charges but not any longer. I’m shocked how Emirates is now weighing hand luggage and just being 2-3kg over leads to penalising. Might as well book a budget airline instead in future. What a shame!

We visited Disney World Orlando in September 2022, however one of our trips to the parks (Epcot) was unachievable as they closed due to hurricane Ian. We had tickets booked for this day and were looking forward to it, although we understand it was best to close the park due to uncertainty with the hurricane. I contacted Disney World whilst in Orlando to enquire about refunds. They instructed me which email address to contact. Upon contact them for a refund as I had 2 park tickets that were not usable due to their choice to close the parks, but was refused a refund and told to use the tickets within a year after the original booked date. I explained this would not be possible as we live in the United Kingdom. Disney World were effectively asking us to spend an additional £2000+ on flights and accommodation to go out to Orlando again just to visit their park for a day; all instead of simply refunding the monies due to a closure that we had no control over and was their choice because of a natural disaster. When I contested this and requested to escalate to a complaint and provide me the terms and conditions that outline they “could not” provide me with a refund in this instance, they suddenly stopped responding. It has been well over a month now and I still have not received a response or a refund. They have taken my money for the tickets and are refusing to give it back. It is not acceptable that a multi-billion dollar company is unwilling to refund 2 park tickets that were unused because of their closure. Furthermore, it is appalling that they are not contacting me back.

I don't give away reviews willy-nilly! I have been using Canva for a long time on the free version. Last December, I started a rebrand on my website and needed a bit more than the free version, so I took the plunge and went for the paid subscription. I am so, so happy that I did. It is the best money I have spent all year, and I say that every time I am on the desktop app. I really love it! All I am hoping is that, as a small business, the price does not increase anytime soon. Thank you Canva. I love your app.

I am happy with how my piece of work came out. But when I was trying to use the lines, it was all tacky, Not allowing me to put the lines where I wanted them to be, They kept moving the lines for me, which was really irritating. As well as the flip feature. How they try to make me pay for the pro subscription is very concerning.
Review of booking
Upon searching for a hotel in Plymouth, Rooms by Bistrot Pierre came up on Booking.com. We were enroute to visit family in Cornwall so planned a 2 night stay.For an extra £17 Booking.com offered insurance to cover cancellation, which we duly took up. I hasten to add there was no small print available PRIOR to making the booking.We had to cancel one night as my partner's mother fell ill so we decided to head to Cornwall early. The hotel wasn't picking up calls so I emailed to explain our situation. We were still within the time frame to make changes to our booking.With no response I duly cancelled the one night and low and behold received a prompt response from the hotel informing me the booking was non refundable.Upon raising a refund request Booking.com directed me to Zurich, the insurance provider. Long story short, the policy will cover you in the event of redundancy, death, your house burning down or serious illness but not a simple booking amendment.Booking.com tell me to contact the hotel, the hotel says 'not our problem'. Zurich say 'sorry no evidence of a reason for your cancellation, no cover'.I have spent hours liaising with Booking.com, the hotel and Zurich to no avail, so we will simply have to write off the £310 to a bad experience. Please heed the warning because the hotel business will gladly take your money and despite them selling rooms to Booking.com won't even make a good will gesture.AND avoid Booking.com or at least don't take out the cancellation insurance because it's not worth the paper it's written on!

Use it all the time to search films, actors or whatever, if cant remember somebody's name but can remember a previous show or movie can just enter and find my answer, equally same if cant remember what else they have been in but know it will bug me forever, again search the name and lists everything ever starred in. whoo hoo no brain bugging.

On 13th Dec 2023 I ordered from the HP website a £899 Victus by HP 15L TG02-1000na desktop 'gaming pc' payment taken from my credit card. (marked pending)Estimated delivery 3/01/2024 kept checking my order online and this never changed. Today realised that my credit card balance had gone down. The payment to HP had 'dissappeared' . Called HP and was told parts not expected until 28th December *** 2024 *** . They don't update their own 'track your order' system let alone have the courtesy to tell you that your not going to receive the PC any time soon. This shows utter contempt and disregard for the customer. Cancelled my order and will never consider HP again.

Title: Beware - Extremely Unprofessional Experience at Property #39809176Rating: 1/5I am extremely disappointed with my experience at property number 39809176 in Madeira Beach, Florida, booked for July 22 to July 25. Upon arrival, the entry code provided did not work. Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner, Dave Larson, we received no response. We were left stranded in the heat with all our belongings, forced to stay in our car to cool off and charge our phones.We found someone who identified himself as the property manager, who also could not get in touch with the owner. I reached out to Vrbo customer support, but communication was difficult, and the representative eventually hung up on me. After involving the police, we finally gained access to the property much later than anticipated.To make matters worse, when Dave Larson finally contacted us, he claimed he had no record of our booking through Vrbo, despite my card being charged. This experience was highly distressing and unprofessional.I strongly advise against renting this property. The lack of professionalism and communication was unacceptable. I will be seeking legal action due to the severe inconvenience and stress caused. I would not recommend Vrbo to anyone!!!!
