I have been a customer since their early days and have always been very happy with the software, recommending it to many. However, recently, they changed their unlimited courses model to limiting the number of courses and other features. This has effectively pulled the rug on any future plans to grown my business, which is based on many low priced tutorials. If you only have a few high ticket courses, the new pricing will work well for you as you can probably use the lowest tariff.The new pricing has increased by 50% whilst reducing the number of courses, downloads, bundles and mentoring from 800 (200 of each) to 100 in total. I would much rather see a fairer system that was based on ability to pay, i.e. revenue, and extras like communities, coaching etc. as paid optionsI also agree with other reviewers that support has deteriorated.

Impossible to make contact with these people. Try emailing them, Twitter and Instagram - ALL IMPOSSIBLE. Also, the email they have on their website to contact them is out of service, yet Teachable can't even be bothered to update their website. Also, they lie about the Black Friday discount. As a customer, I don't have access to this deal even though they say under their terms and conditions that I am eligible.

Ebay has really gone down hill and provides little protection for the buyer its risky to buy anything from ebay as the seller can refuse returns for faulty items and get away with scamming. For this reason I have now boycotted them

After ordering $88 worth of food, more than half the order was missing. The total value of the food I received was $23. Customer service initially refused refund, after 4 more attempts over the course of 2 days I finally managed to get $26 back, meaning that effectively Doordash stole ~$40 from me. Attempted multiple times for reconciliation with no further remediation. Terminated account and I have issues a credit card fraud chargeback with my bank.

I was reading DM Everyday (some very good articles about health, beautiful photographs, good reports of actuality etc) but since a few weeks it's now impossible because of scams/virus driving me out of the site (false alarms "your computer has been infected by a trojan etc) and blocking my computer. Please do Something about it. It's only on your site that things like that happened.

10/25/2020 Ordered my son a pair of blue camouflaged 4c clogs, they never arrived. They were shipped back to facility. I was told they were now out of stock. I was told they could ship out another pair. I've been waiting on that also. Poor customer service and faulty promises

Why is it that at Siteground I ALWAYS get a human, right away, who can actually answer my question and, if necessary, fix a problem, but every other hosting company I've used in the last 20 years can't do this? The console is two months old, stopped working and there telling me I need to pay £ 158 to get it fixed and if I don’t pay the £158 there send it back to me still broken. stay away from this awful customer service its terrible, and they were laughing at me on the phone avoid Nintendo!!!

I lost access to my account when yahoo experienced IT issues a few days ago. Been trying to reset my password since with no success. Waited 24 hours between attempts, exhausted all the solutions offered by the yahoo help centre. Phoned yahoo customer service Tuesday and managed to speak with a person after phoning 5 times and each time I was put on hold for about an hour then disconnected. The advisor couldn't verify my account even after using my passport and couldn't offer any explanation.Phoned again today, another hour on hold, disconnected, phoned again, managed to speak to a person after 50 minutes on hold, who couldn't care less to resolve my issue. I honestly couldn't believe how on earth you can have such terrible customer service in 2024! I've never experienced anything like this before!After that kept trying to reset my password many many times and wasting many hours and in the end it finally worked after 4 days....I have started disconnecting my yahoo email address (which I've used for over 20 years) from all my accounts after this utterly disgusting experience.
