I have spent hours trying to get a human, told I have to drive an hour to talk to store, cannot file service request without working computer, and the list of insanity goes on and on. I'm pretty sure your goal is to enrage every single customer & you've definitely accomplished it. Best buy is the absolute worst possible anything when it comes to customer service. just shut your doors because you are the very very worst on the planet

Made an early booking with confirmation. When arrived at the hotel, they claimed it was via booking.com and we have to pay full cash with another 70GBP in addition to the amount we booked in cash. Property will not accept credit or debit cards. Where the world now have to pay the hotel in 500 GBP as we were not informed about this cash payment mode at all. Called the agoda, spending 15 mins on the phone then they told us they couldn't reach out to their agent hence they could not do anything to rectofy the situation and suggested to cancel the booking and expect us to find another hotel on the spot. Here we are now stuck with such shit situation and have to book and pay more expensive rates at such a last mins. Avoid Agodo at all costs

My husband and I had a 5:30am flight so we reserved a Lyft ride the day before for 4:00am. The ride was confirmed and Joe was our driver. Said he would be there between 4:00-4:10 am. When 4:10 came and no ride I was very nervous. Going to the airport is a stressful event in itself. After waiting till 4:20 I reluctantly woke my sleeping brother to take us to the airport. I had made the reservation with Lyft because I didn't want to inconvenience him so early in the morning. By the time we got to the airport they were already boarding. While boarding I received a message from Lyft that they had cancelled our ride because they didn't have an available driver.

Idk man they can be good but they need to fix the bug with starting. When I downloaded fits ocuple of times, the app was stuck on starting and it didnt open :(Then I found a solution in some forums ,and it worked. The app itsellf is the best for teamspeak, we use it with our friends when we are playing some games or just chatting.

Utterly disgraceful! They claim to be free and easy to use, but the whole time they're trying to trick and frustrate you into giving you money! They'll let you create a survey, and it's only at the very end of the process that they pull the rug out from under you and reveal that you used features that you have to pay for, so now you have to either pay them, or go back and change the survey! They don't tell you when you start making it that you only get 10 questions for free, and only certain types of questions! They don't tell you when you make it that you'll only get to review 40 responses to your survey before you have to pay to see the rest! Every chance they get they are trying to trick and frustrate you into giving them money, even though they make a big show about being free and easy to use! Complete scam, don't even waste your time!

I've been a Sage customer for 20years+. And I really don't know why! Moved to Xero today and was gobsmacked how easy everything was. I've just done my first four months accounts in 20 minutes which is far less than I used to spend monthly in Sage50. Called Sage to cancel my subscription and a rude, unhelpful man said I'd have to pay another month even though I don't want it and told me I'd have debt collectors at my door if I didn't pay it! A very sad end to a 20 year relationship all for an extra £30. I hope it's worth it Sage :(
