Made an early booking with confirmation. When arrived at the hotel, they claimed it was via booking.com and we have to pay full cash with another 70GBP in addition to the amount we booked in cash. Property will not accept credit or debit cards. Where the world now have to pay the hotel in 500 GBP as we were not informed about this cash payment mode at all. Called the agoda, spending 15 mins on the phone then they told us they couldn't reach out to their agent hence they could not do anything to rectofy the situation and suggested to cancel the booking and expect us to find another hotel on the spot. Here we are now stuck with such shit situation and have to book and pay more expensive rates at such a last mins. Avoid Agodo at all costs
