wishing I could give negative 20 stars

I have spent hours trying to get a human, told I have to drive an hour to talk to store, cannot file service request without working computer, and the list of insanity goes on and on. I'm pretty sure your goal is to enrage every single customer & you've definitely accomplished it. Best buy is the absolute worst possible anything when it comes to customer service. just shut your doors because you are the very very worst on the planet
