No Show

My husband and I had a 5:30am flight so we reserved a Lyft ride the day before for 4:00am. The ride was confirmed and Joe was our driver. Said he would be there between 4:00-4:10 am. When 4:10 came and no ride I was very nervous. Going to the airport is a stressful event in itself. After waiting till 4:20 I reluctantly woke my sleeping brother to take us to the airport. I had made the reservation with Lyft because I didn't want to inconvenience him so early in the morning. By the time we got to the airport they were already boarding. While boarding I received a message from Lyft that they had cancelled our ride because they didn't have an available driver.
