At this point I'm only with The Times because I can't face the lengthy cancellation process others have complained of. It is clearly imitating a 24 hour news culture with mindless rehashing of the same story over and over and as a result this gives the paper a low quality feel. Nowadays we don't need a subscription to stay abreast of news and events and The Times knows it. Its method seems to to try to keep readers hooked with faux-intellectual writing about a clickbait shallow issue or culture war drama and many will fall for the trap because this is The Times after all. The Meghan Markle 'era' also revealed the banal mindset of many readers who seemed only moved to comment when it was about her or The Royal Family. But again, it's all perfectly respectable because this is THE TIMES. Anyone who in recent years has sought to seek views and information beyond mainstream media knows that you will only ever get an extremely biased and curated perspective of events in papers such as The Times. And I suppose its aim is to pander to its target audience (boomers and older?) There is the odd in-depth and enlightening article, but for the most part the journalists are a smug and arrogant breed who alarmingly swoop into the comments section if they don't like a criticism you have made. When they do this, it simply tells me that you've touched a nerve by daring to question their flawed authority. The fashion and lifestyle writers are also quite attention-seeking whilst pretending not to be, and often comments are turned off in case you dare damage their ego by disagreeing with their dating or fashion choices. We'll see how long I last, but the worse the paper gets the more I cannot justify paying the money.

First order, first problem.Ordered 2 T-shirts and 2 tank tops. Seven days later I was informed, that one tank top "is out of stock for the foreseeable future. As a result, the following have been canceled"Now, I was given the choice for a refund or a voucher. The rules being: "If we don’t hear back from you, we’ll go ahead and issue you a voucher."Unfortunatelly the voucher doesn´t cover the price of a eventual single purchase! - Thanks.I opted for the refund...and redbubble lost a client. Sad for the artists.

lost all my progress because apparently a lesson only counts if you repeat it 5 times. even if i get all my progress back its meaningless because there are 90 units in my course each of which has about 100+ lessons, duolingo is super tedious now, and above all, just awful

I ordered pizza but when I paid the address went to a address that was 45 minutes away immediately I called customer service to cancel order they told me to contact the driver and see if he will drive 45 minutes to me what a joke. So I called back a hour later still at pizza place and talked to customer service agian and he hung up on me. So then I got a picture of a business with my pizza on the ground.

We have a business account with Zoom, which does not include an Enterprise Account rep. So we're forced to use their help desk to get answers to even basic questions. We've only submitted two tickets since the pandemic began. The first one took 2 months to get an answer (with occasional canned emails blaming COVID for the delay), and the second one is still waiting for an answer after 2 months. Blaming COVID for not responding to tickets for 2 months or more while WebEx, StarLeaf, West and other conference providers don't seem to have a problem responding same day is just lame.

Screwed up my flight change. Got charged more rather than a refund like I thought it would be. It was totally my fault and I really thought I was just out of luck. Since I ALWAYS get satisfaction with Southwest I gave it a try. The customer service rep had to go to her supervisor to figure out how to get me back to where I was and refund the additional charge. Southwest rocks. I have bee flying them for years and they never fail to totally satisfy me.

Been with Capital One for a few years Never ever had any problems with them. Customer service is fantastic awesome lovely Always inform me of any increase I want to my card. Over this Christmas period if it was not for there card I would have been stuffed because my own bank cancelled my card without notice nothing ? Yet I have more than enough funds Which I will now after sort out after this New year. Yet everyone does online banking but due to Christmas and new year could not sort out have to go into a branch to deal with Hence why Capital One are fantastic at least they send emails etc of any changes etc more than my own bank So Thank you to Capital one life saver

I’ve been using 1Password for years without an issue but have not upgraded from the standalone version to the cloud version (7,8). I started having a problem with version 6, and I could not add or edit passwords, so I contacted 1Password’s support. What a fantastic experience! Responses to my emails were quick, and it was apparent that the staff was well-educated about their product. Because I was replying to emails throughout the day and night, I was handed off to different support staff who didn’t miss a beat! They were aware of my issue and never dropped the ball. 1Password has been my password for years. I love its features, and now there’s one more thing to love – their support service! If you need a third-party password keeper, I strongly recommend 1Password. You will be covered on all fronts.

I have tried to contact Dashlane but there is no email address and the only contact form is for business only demanding company details.I recently started getting a dashlane reminder window every time i logged into different websites, a reminder to log into Dashlane password manager. Which i do not have or use, I cannot find any reference on my comp, it is very annoying, i feel HIjacked and disgusted.
