Rep's deception to obtain account. My husband and I wanted to add Blinq cameras to an empty rental property out of state. We called AT&T and inquired about their service since we already have internet, tv and mobile services at our home. The rep tried several times to upsell throughout the lengthy sales pitch. My husband continued to tell him the ONLY thing we wanted was basic internet until a renter took over the location. The property previously had an Xfinity box outside and I mentioned we should call them and others before deciding. The rep, from another country, disregarded his singular request and aggressively continued upselling tv, etc. In the end, my husband said that he needed the internet asap and could we just go to a local AT&T to pick up the box. The rep said it would need to be shipped and we were insistent that it needed to arrive the next day or we would hold off setting up the account and look elsewhere. There had been squatters and we needed the service asap, even if we had to pay a shipping fee. The rep said it would arrive in a 1 or 2 days and I (wife) said we would decline bc we needed it for security seeing we were returning home and wanted to oversee from a distance. He continued to talk with my husband and said he could get it there in 1 day. I overheard the statement and stated he'd just said it would take 1-2 days and that if he couldn't be certain it would arrive the next day, once again we would pass. The rep placed us on brief hold, then immediately returned to the phone stating that it would be 1 day as he'd gotten "permission" from his supervisor. All said and done, it didn't come the next day, nor the next, as we purposely waited hoping it would arrive and then headed home disappointed. It took 4 days and we had to reroute delivery to a UPS location. Upset at the blatant delivery lie, we called back to get further info on service and the rep who misrepresented the service. The new rep, another from outside the US, said that she couldn't see who took the order. She added that was standard for delivery to take 3-4 days and apologized that he said 1-2 days as he knew that wasn't the case. I wanted to include his first name or number here so AT&T could address it specifically as this level of service besmirches their brand. There seems to be no accountability anymore and frankly people just don't care. Well, I do, and standing behind your word is everything. Again, the level of professionalism and customer service is lacking and very disappointing. I will be looking to move my service, from the rental location and my personal home soon.

Been a loyal customer for more than a decade. They just locked my account for no reason. They will not give me an explanation. They have only AI Bots when you have an issue, no real person to talk to. Even the "Managers" email is auto generated. Beware! They have hundreds of my money and promised they would resolve it by yesterday and they did not. I still have NO Answers! Unacceptable! Do NOT Support this APP.

This service is nothing more than a virtual auction to see who will pay the most for a ride! We got tricked into clicking for a $10 per mile ride (all the other offers were much higher!). Then they kept changing the arrival time until it was eventually 75 minute wait while we stood on the curb! When we tried to cancel, it was too late.
