I foolishly signed up for the one month free trial of The Times. you have to give credit card details which should have warned me. I decided after a couple of days that I didn't like it and wanted to cancel it. I couldn't see how you could do that online - it was certainly not obvious and I did try, so I cancelled the payment. I was subsequently hounded for the payment by phone and had to pay so I didn't become a “bad debt” I am very disappointed that they make it so difficult to cancel the subscription. Everything else you subscribe to you can cancel online but for The Times apparently you have to phone. As I said - that was not clear!

Cannot cancel online. Have to call up. Also no warning that subscription was going go up in price this month. I was offered a cheaper subscription for a few months, but still didn't use it, and then without warning the company charged the full amount. I called up and they cancelled but I couldn't get my subscription back. It's way too expensive.

I`m using Squarespace since 2017. I like Squarespace, as it lets you customize your website quite a lot. Therefore you can use the already great templates and make a pretty awesome website. Sure, this takes time and requires patience. However, spending thousands for someone to do this for me is not an option, so I`m happy to have this choice. The website runs (uptime) very stable which is important to me. Without doing much extra for SEO, I got good placements in the search engine rankings. I contacted customer support only a few times and always got a helpful reply within 24 hours. It`s not cheap, but for the quality, I`m happy to pay.

I moved to Fi with no problem, so we thought it ok, i invited my wife. But they couldn’t activate her phone. That was over a week ago, still no progress, no tech support other than a useless email per day from the carrier team asking her to do the same things she’s tried 5 times with no success.We’re now both swapping back to AT&T, never seen such useless tech support.

If I could give zero I would. Door dash was $4:00 cheaper than other apps but definitely not value for money . Drove straight past me to do another delivery which I did not give permission for (other apps give a 30% discount for this) food was over half an hour late and cold- not even warm. A child ran down to the door shaking the delivery. Very unhappy

I'm shocked. No customer service to speak of as a new paying customer having upgraded to PRO on 6/19/20. I had Pro features for a day, then a week later found it had reverted to BASIC. I cannot believe I am a 2nd class citizen after paying! BASIC reverted across the board: Android app, web app, Mac app. The rep replied only once saying I should clear my browser cache and restart. If I don't hear from them today I'll have to issue a chargeback.UPDATE: The rep finally replied online and fixed my account. Apparently he had to ask the tech team to refresh my account, whatever that means. I'm back in business, but I also disputed the cc charge! We'll see what happens. I added a star for them finally getting back to me within 24 hours and fixing the problem. But they didn't even offer to refund my first month.

Worst bank ever…I would rather bank in a third world country than Wells Fargo. Not user friendly they make it so difficult for you to use Zelle but they’re so ready to help you wire money to collect their $30 fee. Customer service? Really don’t waste the money on recording the calls use that money to better train your incompetent employees…that would be my suggestion. Thank God Almighty we live in the best country in the world because we have choices and I would never choose to bank at Wells Fargo. Thank you Chase for reminding how competent you are compared to WF? Incredible!

Trying to deal with these people is a nightmare. I have a home improvement loan with their credit card. There seems to be a glitch in their autopay, which I decided to cancel and then simply start paying online. Nuh-uh. First called customer service - took ten minutes or so to get through, then a heavily accented voice kept telling me they couldn't hear me, then they hung up. Called again and went through the same rigamarole, and they hung up on me again. Tried to find a way to cancel my autopay at their website - totally unable to - in fact, their search engine revealed they have no such topic. I suppose next I'll have to go to their local branch - my last experience there revealed totally flaky customer no-service. Lucky me.
