My website experienced a light DDOS attack. Siteground did absolutely nothing to help. No emails, about 20 websites down for over a month. They also refused to refund for any of the money we had paid them. These people are thieving, incompetent filth.

I have bought various products from Logitech, some worth hundreds of pounds. The products are okay, some great. But when something goes wrong, their support are terrible, they answer with canned responses and then close the support ticket without resolving or even looking at the issues - this has just happened again, hence this review. They are AWFUL and not to be trusted when it comes to resolving issues with their products.

I have the impression that they make life easier for hackers and complicate life for simple people!You should be ashamed I will find out how to file a complaint against you.You refuse to react despite requests by email, despite the evidence.
