EA games destroyed several of my hard drives with a mock version of windows that was implanted due to malice. It all started 8 months ago when I downloaded the EA App. They first started downloading apps during gameplay, and then when I deleted the apps, they added malware, and highjacked my entire internet through remote access files, Bluetooth, hyperv, excessive camera files, drivers and thousands of files that were not windows all for spying purposes. They deleted my entire windows features and used their mock version of windows. When I complained to help desk I received auto messages. EA games uses several host files and controllers to access, destroy and implant information on my pc. They are using servers, and fictitious services implanted on windows 10 and 11. When I reset windows or download windows from usb or cd, they delete authentic windows files including search bar annd Microsoft store, and implant theirs upon start up. They are constantly changing permissions and adding app extensions and files during gameplay. They have deleted my ssl certificate so I can’t upload any spyware programs. They have destroyed my bios and deleted factory files. They have altered my spyware program and added their fictitious files so their criminal activity can go undetected. . They have destroyed audio by deleting sound and altering the registry. They have vandalized several of my PC’s through their sata controller. I have alerted authorities about their criminal internet highjacking technique as well. I am so appalled that a company can destroy all of my computers tied to my home network. They have destroyed our internet service and have basically blocked our access to the internet of any kind via internet. This is reprehensible and they should be arrested for this criminal internet intrusion and destruction of my property. This destruction has caused us thousands of dollars. I changed the modem several times and they are still harassing us through their servers.

I’m incredibly disappointed and frustrated with Amazon. As someone with hearing loss who wears hearing aids, I am physically unable to make phone calls. I contacted Amazon through their live chat, clearly explained my situation, and yet they insisted that the only way to cancel my Amazon Prime subscription is by calling them.How is this acceptable in 2025? How can such a massive company have no accessible alternative for people with disabilities? I did everything I could — I used the available communication method (live chat), I explained my condition, and still they refused to help me unless I called.This feels like a clear form of discrimination. Not everyone can use a phone. And a company like Amazon should absolutely have proper policies in place to support people with hearing impairments. Whether it’s cancellation through live chat, email, or a self-service option in the account settings — there should be at least one accessible route.What makes this even more disappointing is that I’ve been a loyal and regular Amazon customer for years. I expected better treatment — especially from a company I’ve supported so consistently.I’m writing this review to raise awareness and to demand that Amazon put actual systems in place to support people with disabilities. It’s not just bad customer service — it’s a violation of accessibility and inclusion.I urge Amazon to take responsibility and fix this. Accessibility should not be optional — it should be a standard.

This company has gone down in the last years. From damaged articles, to lost packages and completely clueless customer support, I've finally come to a point where I will no longer do any business with them. I had bought an APC UPS from them which stopped working after a few years. I went to my account and was delighted to see that I could send in the UPS for repair. I got a shipping label (BPost) and sent the UPS the same day. It has now been 1 month and 5 days since the day of shipping and I've started hearing mixed reports from them. One customer "support" called me to tell me that the UPS had been lost(?!) and I'll be refunded the money I paid for it (a UPS is expensive). After a few days of radio silence, I reached out again, and was told that "nothing could be done since the UPS was out of warranty period". No information about whether I'll get the UPS back or not. So Bol.com took an item that I paid for with no reparations? This is beyond fraud.

I suddenly got $7.99 taken out of my card acct. by this " Epoch Times" this morning and I have NO idea who the hell they are, or why they took money from me bc I was working the late shift at the hospital and wasn't even on my phone for 18 hrs on the day & time of this purchase! BESIDES, I DONT BUY newspapers, books, tabloids, or political mumbo- jumbo! So anyone know how to get a hold of these thieves?! I want to know where this charge came from!? And I want my money back or I'm filing a police report! I'm tired of internet pirating! I would appreciate a number or E-mail to get in touch with these people! As quick as possible!!

Absolute scam. Sign up for a montly account, used it once. Tried to cancel they ignored my autorenew turn off and charged me for another month. Then said they had to charge me £20 to cancel, i cancelled and they took £48 out my bank and ended the chat. Do not use them at all costs.

Checking our process was terrible!Would not accept Paypal after several attempts even though it is offered and my credentials were correct. There there are so many card offerings ... after 3 attempts at PayPal failed I tried my card and if the 2nd attempt at that also failed, I would not have punched the product.

They make scam printers with scam cartridges of ink that are programmed to make the printer stop after just a few pages so you have to go buy more and they cost an arm and a leg. I bought a 2000$ Omen laptop from them 4 years ago and their software coupled with mediocre experience and value doesn't impress at all. These clowns need to feel the consequences of their lies and blatant theft. We as consumers need to do better and avoid these con-men.

Dropbox Smart Sync is a joke. The whole purpose of Smart Sync = Dropbox. But you make people pay for premium to "unlock it". Dropbox without Smart Sync is ultimately a virus that infects your computer with files I never asked for, that were shared with me. Just give your free users 2GB WITH SmartSync. Jesus Christ. Else what the hell is the point in Dropbox? It's more like a Trojan Horse that dumps a load of files onto your computer without ever asking you to.
