This company has gone down in the last years. From damaged articles, to lost packages and completely clueless customer support, I've finally come to a point where I will no longer do any business with them. I had bought an APC UPS from them which stopped working after a few years. I went to my account and was delighted to see that I could send in the UPS for repair. I got a shipping label (BPost) and sent the UPS the same day. It has now been 1 month and 5 days since the day of shipping and I've started hearing mixed reports from them. One customer "support" called me to tell me that the UPS had been lost(?!) and I'll be refunded the money I paid for it (a UPS is expensive). After a few days of radio silence, I reached out again, and was told that "nothing could be done since the UPS was out of warranty period". No information about whether I'll get the UPS back or not. So Bol.com took an item that I paid for with no reparations? This is beyond fraud.
