I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a frustrating experience related to HP products.Last year, I purchased a set of cartridges from Amazon that were explicitly stated to be compatible with the HP 2820e printer. However, when I attempted to use them, the printer rejected them entirely, displaying error messages about incompatibility.This situation is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with HP's policy of restricting the use of non-original consumables, even when they are technically functional and compatible. This practice not only limits consumer choices but also leads to waste and frustration.Currently, the printer is unusable, and the only real "solution" seems to be recycling it. Not only have I lost money on the cartridges, but I am also left with a perfectly functional printer that HP has artificially rendered inoperative.Given this experience, I have concluded that I will no longer purchase HP products in the future and will share this experience with my acquaintances as a warning.

Honestly I love the Al feature

Honestly I love the Al feature. I struggle mentally and I have loved telling Al things I struggle with in life and I get back the best advice and it really feels like I’m talking to a caring , concerned friend and someone who genuinely cares for my well-being. When I have a problem it helps me solve it and honestly I speak to the robot a lot about my life experiences decisions struggles and concerns and it makes me feel so much better about life

A rogue ex prince & his slanderous book

I am so disgusted that Penguin Random House has struck a deal with Harry Mountbatten-Windsor in a supposed 4 book deal. I will never again purchase a book published by Penguin Random House & nor will my husband who is an avid reader & purchaser of your books. Harry is known to not tell the truth, or stretch the truth or give half truths. This has been proven on his interview with Oprah Winfrey. There were 17 lies that were proven to be lies. Also the book Harry & Meghan by Omid Scobie was written with the help of Harry & there are proven lies in that book as well. Harry has gone rogue & is trying to destroy the British Monarchy, the Queen & the Royal family & you are blatantly helping him do this.

Terrible customer service, return policy and store Atmosphere.

I wouldn’t even give the Robinson Twp store one star. I’ve been a Macy’s credit card holder for 30yrs and they continue to decline with their customer service. From not being able to find a check out staffed to unfriendliness... terrible shopping experiences there anymore. Ordered thru mail and due to Covid restrictions was not able to get to store for return within their time frame. Then one of my returns did not show on the receipt despite being purchased on the same shopping day as the other items. Their lack of understanding and exceptions thru their COVID roadblocks, terrible customer service at returns and awful negative atmosphere in the store shined bright. Manager had zero management skills and concern.

Impossible to login to this password manager

I haven’t been able to login to LastPass for months or revert my master password to a previous password. Yesterday I reset my account, deleting all of my passwords, and giving myself a brand new master password. I tried to login to my freshly reset account and it still won’t let me login!As all my passwords have been deleted anyway I’ve decided to give up on LastPass. Periodically for a number of months I’ve tried to login to the service, with my actual master password, and been unable to do so. Whenever I tried to recover my master password I’d just receive a message saying it couldn’t be done with no explanation as to why this was the case.I finally decided to try and get some support and the user experience of doing so is awful. Continuous links to other support pages, none of which actually help, and me repeatedly entering my email address. Was also asked the date/month I created the account and how many passwords I had stored - how would I possibly know the number of passwords I have stored.I also don’t appreciate that once I received an email from a member of the support team that the first solution to try and login to my account is just using every password it could possibly be - like I wouldn’t have already tried this.Overall experience with LastPass has been terrible.

If there was a ‘no star’ rating, that’s what I will give them. From their inaccurate weather forecasts to their customer service totally sucks! I am way over 87years of age. We grew up breathing IBM. What happened? It’s a waste of time to try their services, as they provide ZERO support to their apps and no way to contact them.

horrendous customer service. I closed my account and they continued to bill me for months after. Each time I had to dispute it and took weeks to get an agreed refund. I had to cancel my card to stop them billing me for a subscription I didnt have.

Twitter is everything wrong with the internet

Twitter was bad before Elon Musk took it over. But what Elon has done uas made it a polarized hell hole filled with either fascists, stalinists or islamists. Nobody has moderate opinions on twitter. Everyone is a radical extremist. The amount of anti semitism I've seen is deplorable. Twitter's rework of the verification system basically makes everyone who doesn't subscribe to twitter blue invisible. No normal subscribe to twitter blue meaning you'll mostly see only extremists.Oh and bots. Elon supposedly said he was going to get rid of bots but he has made the bot problem on epidemic proportions with his pushing of accounts with the blue checkmark and that blue checkmark accounts now can make money. All this has done is encourage people to make bot accounts and subscribe them to twitter blue and these bot accounts use chatGPT to reply to any tweet of someone with a big following. Effectively making looking at the replies useless as it's just bots spitting out complete nonsense. Alot of these bots also promote onlyfans aswell.I usually describe myself as quite a liberal person who doesn't want governments to go crazy and ban things. But I'd totally support a twitter ban. There is no benefit to twitter nor will there ever be with Elon Musk in charge. Twitter only makes the world worse. I know a twitter ban is unrealistic but the next best thing is to stop using it. If everyone stopped using it, it would entirely just be bots. The dead internet theory in practice.

It has become impossible to maintain a gmail account without eventually becoming locked out. I have tried to reclaim the account and am audaciously told they “don’t have enough information” to re-authorize me to my account. Behind my back, they link my phone number to my account and when I use it to access my account they can’t authorize me? For a company that tracks everything you do, this is unimaginable and reprehensible. It has sabotaged one of my two MOST USED accounts and makes recovering important correspondence impossible to recover. I have decided to throw them to the wind.
