Appalling. Lost my email account now. Apparently there was suspicious activity and they locked it. Tried to recover it and no matter what they say the info I provide is insufficient. This also happened to me about 6 years ago. Time to leave outlook behind. Avoid at all costs.

Delta Air Lines canceled my paid reservation without cause, refuses transparency, and shows poor eth

I am filing this complaint to expose Delta Air Lines’ unethical and unacceptable handling of my May 8, 2025 reservation (Flight DL2139, PDX to JFK.Delta canceled my fully paid reservation, claiming “a passenger” called to cancel it citing fraud. This is false. Neither I, my wife, nor anyone authorized by me made such a call or reported the ticket as fraudulent. Shockingly, I discovered the cancellation the evening before the flight, only after calling Delta to ask why I hadn’t received the usual “time to check in” email.What followed was appalling: I spent nearly an hour on the phone with a dismissive supervisor who deflected my concerns, falsely accused me of “raising my voice” in an attempt to shame me, and offered no meaningful solution except for me to purchase a new ticket. My wife then called Delta and, thankfully, a different representative was able to restore my reservation on the original flight; something the prior supervisor told me was impossible.I have repeatedly requested to hear the recording of the supposed cancellation call. Delta refuses to provide it, fueling the impression they are hiding critical evidence or that no such call exists. If the call supported their claim, why withhold it?Delta’s behavior reflects a disturbing lack of accountability and customer care. I urge Delta’s leadership to reflect on this failure and refresh staff on the meaning of proper customer service. Customers have choices; and I, for one, will think twice before choosing Delta again.Nicholas.

You got to do something with the cheater every lobby i go they use xim and i felt like there no point playing black ops any more so i use to be good and now all the cheater ruin it the fun so do something or else people gonna refund it and xbox will shut down and they all probably going to move to pc or ps5 do something with the cheater so if not we might have sue you guy or refund our money so at this point you guy are not doing anything so and xbox will have shut down any way if they don’t figure something out

They say that you get unlimited reading in your subscription, but that is not true. You can only read a few of their A list books and then they are locked until the next month. The B list books are available throughout however. Overall it`s a good deal for the price, but they should be upfront about the limit of books that are available to you.

Fine Art America's website is interesting, easy to use, anticipates and answers what I'd want to know, and the delivery was exactly as promised. Such a great outlet for artists to market their creativity!

Disgusting billing practices.

Disgusting billing practices.I would not at all be surprised if this company is hit with FTC charges in the near future.They will bill you, without notice, upon adding "members" to "workspaces" without any clarification as to how that works. Honestly not even sure how they got our credit card number.Support took over a week to reply, in the meantime, we were hit with ANOTHER charge.Stay the hell away.

As someone who seems to be on the receiving end of endless amounts of casino spam emails from a company they host (mygoldenbonus), I've contacted their abuse email many times, and they do nothing to stop spammers.Update: So while Namecheap host the domain they don't provide the email service, so while they have helpfully led me to the provider of the email service, and told me the company involved isn't on any spam list, which is hardly surprising considering how hard it is to add one, I'm still unimpressed with the wild west nature.

Pretty shoddy operation.

After waiting 48 days, my order had not been processed. Customer service took over a week to reply at times and then trying to cancel the order took several days also. The item I attempted to order (a pretty expensive keyboard) was supposedly in stock and the website stated delays of up to 7 days. While the reps that responded to my questions were polite, the whole customer service experience was pretty rubbish, using the chat bot to look for answers to my queries created multiple tickets which it likely causing the backlogs to customer service. Poor service all round and somehow Razer managed to send the new Huntsman Mini from Hong Kong in less time that it took Logitech to respond to a query.
