Pretty shoddy operation.

After waiting 48 days, my order had not been processed. Customer service took over a week to reply at times and then trying to cancel the order took several days also. The item I attempted to order (a pretty expensive keyboard) was supposedly in stock and the website stated delays of up to 7 days. While the reps that responded to my questions were polite, the whole customer service experience was pretty rubbish, using the chat bot to look for answers to my queries created multiple tickets which it likely causing the backlogs to customer service. Poor service all round and somehow Razer managed to send the new Huntsman Mini from Hong Kong in less time that it took Logitech to respond to a query.
