terrible service and programI purchased sneakers worth $250 and unfortunately encountered a delay in receiving my order. The delivery is running behind schedule, and it's causing immense disappointment. When you invest such a sum in a purchase, you expect top-notch service.I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but it still leaves a sense of letdown. I would greatly appreciate more transparency regarding the delivery status and information about any possible delays.I hope that my situation will be resolved soon, and I'll finally receive the order I've been eagerly waiting for. This experience has taught me the importance of reliable delivery and timely customer communication.

When it works it's fine. However, not for the first time, we're experiencing the frustration that other reviewers of this app have been reporting for years. It is again refusing to accept our correct password and PIN when the time comes to renew membership as local-library readers. We have contacted the library staff about the problem. They report that many other members have the same complaint just now, and that they have tried to contact PressReader about it.The program continues to crash quite often, but that's a minor problem when we can't open it.No doubt there'll be a reply to this with some jargon about "reaching out".

Shockingly bad. They continued to bill me for a plan which I had already cancelled and after charging me an extortionate "early termination fee". When I called the credit card company to dispute the charges, the agent told me the same thing happened to her! So obviously it's a deliberate policy. And good luck trying to find "customer support" on their website. It took half an hour being sent in circles and (eventually) talking to a chatbot before I actually connected with a live human being - who then tried to tell me that I'd actually bought the same plan twice and had only cancelled one of them. Seriously. Avoid at all costs! An update...three days after receiving confirmation that "both" accounts had been cancelled and excess charges would be refunded: I received two further messages telling me that I risked cancellation of my account if I didn't immediately pay an overdue subscription fee of CHF95.15 per month. The original subscription was CHF23.80. Fortunately, I had already cancelled the credit card linked to my account to prevent Adobe from ripping me off any further. So, anyone reading this can ignore the formulaic "apology" Adobe posted below my message. Based on my experience, and the many other former customers who have posted similar reviews, be very careful before subscribing to any product from Adobe!

i needed an invoice for an old booking. its pretty much impossible to get this from them, as their site is rubbish and i constantly got error messages to tell me it couldn't send me the invoice t this time. also when you try chat with their "fast and efficient" bot its very restrictive and basically doesn't work if its booking over a year old. no way of speaking to a human, very very poor. Avoid if possible

How it's possible in 2023 to have new buses (only few years older) which have no air con ?Literally outside are 30 degrees and in the buses is at least the same temperature, absolutely ridiculous for the capital of a 'well developed country' !

Review of cnet
This site used to be great for sourcing downloads for software, no more. Now many of their downloads come bundled with unwanted malware, including irritating spyware toolbars that are not always easy to get rid of. Read other's reports about cnet, I'm not the only one- looks like they've sold out after getting everyone's trust. Do yourself a favor and download directly from the manufacturer's website, NOT from cnet.
