The most shocking customer service ever! Wouldn’t accept a cuff (bracelet) for return as it had ‘been in touch with my daughter’s skin’. Hard not to laugh. The (ill-mannered, incompetent) manager had the audacity to suggest it was akin to returning underwear!! Tried live chat to no avail. They have a character limit on the text box and if they don’t like dealing with the query they just log out. Every time you start a new chat, you are expected to regurgitate the entire history as they claim they can’t see earlier chats (for the same order number) and when you remind them of their own stated return polices and legal rights, they log out (saying ‘are we still connected?’
Review of hp
Avoid buying HP laptop at all costs. My laptop was booked in for repair 20 days ago. No updates- the customer service is not available and you can only chat on what’s app with the agents who would say they would request an update but of no use. Poor service.
Review of sendgrid
Terrible company and terrible customer support. After 2 attempts sending a form my issue was still not resolved. I tried logging in from Safari and Google Chrome and still I am unable to log in, says unauthorized user, so it's not my problem, it's theirs. What a joke of email service. Don't waste your time.

Review of evernote
I've been using Evernote for 14 years both as a free and paying customer depending on my needs. Evernote has never been financially sound (or technically on top of things) and I get they need to make money to keep things running. Their latest move, however, is not ok for any company which I entrust my data to. Overnight, without any prior warning (no email or nothing), they reduce the free tier to no functionality to speak of and expect people to pay up. I don't mind paying for service but not to a company which deploys such unethical practices. I got my 3500 notes out and closed my account.

Review of eBay
Opened a new account in February to buy and sell. 3 days later it was suspended due to "activity that could put the Ebay community at risk"!! I finally decided to try and resolve the issue today as I'd been too worried about it before. Told it was an automated email to get me to call customer services for verification questions. I asked if this was normal practice for new accounts and was advised that it was. I asked them to raise a complaint and close my account as I felt that putting the frightners on customers just for verification of buying and selling items was inappropriate. I asked when I would receive a response to my complaint and was adivised that they couldn't guaruntee any response. I explained that this was unacceptable and the call was cut off by the customer services rep. Completely unacceptable behaviour all round from Ebay. I would strongly suggest anyone looking to buy and sell items does so on a platform with clearer policies and better cutomer service.
Review of dell
I purchased a laptop/tablet Inspiron 7506 2-in-1 from dell for $1,000. Since the time of purchase it’s been serviced twice replacing the motherboard because it malfunctions and won’t power on. I’ve been dealing with this power issue since I purchased the laptop. I’ve asked multiple times for them to give me a new computer as this one obviously has issues that cannot be repaired. I keep being told that they will fix the issue so it doesn’t happen again, then a couple of months later same issue! With what I spent why can’t I just get a new laptop? This is horrible customer service. Absolutely my first and only time purchasing from Dell. Never again! Update: Had it repaired for the 3rd time only for the issue to happen again! This is ridiculous. Hasn’t even been a week since the repair.
Review of abebooks
Seems the highly fluctuating ratings of AbeBooks are caused by a lot of the reviews of AbeBooks which should be of the underlying independent sellers instead. AbeBooks is a portal for sellers of rare books, art, textbooks and more. AbeBooks is not the actual seller.I'd like to share my experience with one of these sellers, Noble Knight Games. NKB are the ones getting the five-star review. I (living in the Netherlands) ordered a series of rare, out-of-print, RPG books. The price was quite reasonable and the shipping costs (US to NL) was as expected. I opted for Priority Shipping. I received the books after 4 four days! And this included a one-day delay from the Dutch customs. The books were described as Used, but Very Good. One cover is slightly sun-damaged, but the rest are in near-mint condition. I cannot tell that they have ever been opened before. If you use AbeBook and the Seller is NKG, you're guaranteed high quality goods (unless description says otherwise) and timely delivery.
Review of expressvpn
The CSR (Customer Service Representative) answered all of my questions in a professional, timely manner. The VPN service is top notch -- no issues at all to type here. I am a tech guy, so the service being what it is -- this says a lot. Thank you for the many years of great service and consistency that you have provided!
Review of dashlane
Review of dashlane
My issue was a complicated one, at least from my perspective. Right from the start when I started a chat with Dashlane customer service I felt that the agent I dealt with was determined to solve my problem, which he did. A follow-up agent confirmed that my problem had been addressed and solved.
Review of anthropologie
My husband and I have a company and we have used Anthropologie for many years to furnish our models or for staging new construction homes. We had purchased a Rhys leather chair about 3 years ago from the Grand Blvd store location in Miramar Beach, Florida. Anthropologie has been selling this chair design for over a decade and it's a best seller. The leather on the arms of the chair is not retaining the colorful luster of the seat and back cushions. When I called the furniture customer service of Anthropologie to report the issue, I was told that furniture purchased in-store and not on-line has no warranty and the in-store furniture purchases are final sale and could have damages (but the Rhys chair did not.) I was asked if I'd been told this by the salesperson and we responded, "No." The general manager stated that we should have been told. This didn't just happen on this leather chair - I'm sure this is not the only complaint on an in-store purchase of furniture or light fixtures such as what we've purchased over the years, but we weren't aware of it because we'd never had a complaint. Customers should be made aware of this because it would be a good reason not to make an in-store purchase. Also, are all customers aware that on-line furniture purchases offer ONLY A ONE YEAR WARRANTY? This is a big deal on furniture that isn't inexpensive. One would think a year is not commensurate with Anthropologie's prices. Anthropologie's furniture selections are not cheap. The store descriptions about patina, etc. indicate that your expensive purchase will become your favorite heirloom piece. Based on my recent experience, it is not destined to become an heirloom. We want ALL CUSTOMERS to be aware that if you ever have a problem, Anthropologie isn't going to offer you a good solution even though we have always viewed them as a top choice for quality... we will not be purchasing anything for our company from Anthropologie in the future. Disappointed in the surprises we've recently become aware of....buyer beware.
Review of Instagram
I am constantly seeing sponsored scam adverts and I report them. However, the automated response always "This ad wasn't removed". Just like Facebook, Instagram are supporting scammers on the platform because they make money out of their ads.
