Do not use this company! Due to COVID-19, a fundraiser had to be cancelled that was rising money to help homeless veterans find housing. Yet, we have been told they are keeping a fee per ticket sold even though there was no event. A company that would do this; not only to veterans in need, but also the ones donating to this event, shows where Eventbrite stands. Like other companies, their eyes are only on building a profit and not for assisting others while in need. I am ashamed we thought of using this company and hope this assists others before they make the same mistake we did with using them.

My account got hacked, when i recovered it was banned, I made the false assumption that as the account wasn't in my control when it got banned and presumably banned because of the hacker, that i would be able to get my account back alongside the thousand of hours I've spent on it. However I was wrong, the customer helpine gave me no information on why the account was banned and offered no form of hope in getting my account unbanned despite plenty of evidence as to it not being me who was in co trolley while it got banned.

If I could give less than 1-star for this review I would. Academia.edu have sneakily jacked their premium subscription fees by an obscene amount with less than a week's notice being given. The notification that this was happening was buried amongst a deluge of emails that were sent from the same address that day in what appears to be a deliberate attempt to make it difficult to catch. The cancellation process is nightmarish with no confirmation emails being sent - so there is no way of knowing whether you've successfully unsubscribed or if you are going to be charged through the nose the next day. On top of this, most of the premium features everyone signed up for are no longer offered, and the site now functions as little more than a spam mill. Predatory (possibly illegal), obscene, and obfuscating. Avoid at all costs

This company wants you to pay them even if you dont use their service. There are plenty of other options out there, even free options as pxhere.I filed a report and they dont even care about respondingSo, the only way out was to report my credit card stolen (as I feel this company is stealing from me) so they dont get more of my money.

Onboarding took more than 3 weeks - exchanged around 30 emails where I had to provide a hell lot of documents. I would have been fine with it, but the person I was talking to was replying to any of my emails / updates after 24 hours. It was a long, tedious and extremely frustrating process, especially when you are waiting for this to be done with, so you can launch your product.Withing 4 days of the onbaording process being finished, Braintree decided to hold my funds and start a Risk Review. I received a new email asking me for the same stack of documents and same explanations I had already provided in the 30 emails exchange needed for onboarding. Out of frustration I decided to call them directly and maybe hurry up the process, but after 15 minutes of waiting and being passed around I was told that these are the steps that I have to take if I want full access to the account again. Now I'm seven days in into this new process, and I was finally told that I provided all the needed information for the risk review to take place, but I have to wait another 7 days to see if the review is successful or not.So it took around 30 days, a ton of emails, a lot of wasted time and redundant discussions just to get to a point where maybe, hopefully, with a bit of luck, Braintree will decide to grant me full access to a production account, and release my funds.

Went for a lunch with kids to a lovely @swissbutter today . The good was absolutely outstanding as always ! The portions are very generous, everything cooked to a perfection , the staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Today we had same guy helping us as a last time - Mohammad . Super nice , always smiling , recognised me and greeted nicely . The desserts there are huge and the next level ! Literally ! I love this place ! We all had a great time and will definitely go back again .

Case id : 129804869Terrible Experience with Binance - BEWARE of Fund Locking & Poor Customer ServiceI am a large course seller, regularly handling over six figures a month and transacting more than a million dollars on Binance. Out of nowhere, Binance locked my account, freezing over half a million dollars of my funds. They claimed it was related to small transactions (less than $100 in total) from one of my customers, yet no prior warning was given.I immediately contacted Binance support, and they promised a resolution within 30 business days that deadline passed on October 17th. Despite contacting them at least 10 times, they kept repeating the same robotic response: “The team is working on it,” with zero updates or accountability. Finally, when October 17th arrived, they asked me to wait an additional four business weeks for an answer—an outrageous delay, breaking their promise and leaving my funds locked with no clear resolution in sight.On top of the delays, Binance’s customer service is appalling. I saved every chat log, and the support agents were rude, dismissive, and often ignored my questions, sending automated responses instead of genuine help.After nearly two months of waiting, I still have no access to my funds, and I’m concerned Binance may be targeting high-value accounts due to potential internal liquidity issues. This is unacceptable, and I urge anyone with large sums on Binance to think twice before trusting this platform.Avoid Binance at all costs!I Will edit my Post within the journey of me and binance , all chatlogs will be posted on my twitter incase bad experience continues to persist 10/23/2024 : Still no updates whatsoever , 0 emails , 0 Response , 0 follow ups. 10/24 : Customer service told me there are 0 Updates from superior team , This is really messed up . while binance replies to reviews on trustpilot , they dont do anything but give fake promises
