Case id : 129804869Terrible Experience with Binance - BEWARE of Fund Locking & Poor Customer ServiceI am a large course seller, regularly handling over six figures a month and transacting more than a million dollars on Binance. Out of nowhere, Binance locked my account, freezing over half a million dollars of my funds. They claimed it was related to small transactions (less than $100 in total) from one of my customers, yet no prior warning was given.I immediately contacted Binance support, and they promised a resolution within 30 business days that deadline passed on October 17th. Despite contacting them at least 10 times, they kept repeating the same robotic response: “The team is working on it,” with zero updates or accountability. Finally, when October 17th arrived, they asked me to wait an additional four business weeks for an answer—an outrageous delay, breaking their promise and leaving my funds locked with no clear resolution in sight.On top of the delays, Binance’s customer service is appalling. I saved every chat log, and the support agents were rude, dismissive, and often ignored my questions, sending automated responses instead of genuine help.After nearly two months of waiting, I still have no access to my funds, and I’m concerned Binance may be targeting high-value accounts due to potential internal liquidity issues. This is unacceptable, and I urge anyone with large sums on Binance to think twice before trusting this platform.Avoid Binance at all costs!I Will edit my Post within the journey of me and binance , all chatlogs will be posted on my twitter incase bad experience continues to persist 10/23/2024 : Still no updates whatsoever , 0 emails , 0 Response , 0 follow ups. 10/24 : Customer service told me there are 0 Updates from superior team , This is really messed up . while binance replies to reviews on trustpilot , they dont do anything but give fake promises
