Mike, the employee, helped me very energetically, quickly and gave the right answers. He also contributed to solutions. And what I especially appreciated was the speed of response and replies. I thought that was a real plus. It would be even better if Dashlane could also be reached by phone or chat. That works even faster than email.

I was unable to connect to my Dashlane account and was assisted by a DL Support member named Serg who patiently walked me through each step in gaining access to my account. I'm pretty much of a tech ignoramus and found Serg's assistance very helpful. This has reassured me of the value of having a Dashlane account.

I've paid USD 120 for LinkedIn Sales Navigator the other day. This is the 2nd day that after 5-10 lead searches my ability to search leads gets auto-blocked by the platform. Customer Support is absolutely useless, referring to some nonsensical policy. If you want to reduce sales activity on LinkedIn, do not sell LinkedIn Sales Navigator - LOL
