I like the simplicity of the experience and the reliability of the platform. On the other hand, I wouldn't say I like the lack of sophisticated analytics, which is one of the most important things for a podcaster, and the need for a mobile app is more than evident.

I signed up for a website builder which I never ended up using. I did not realize I signed up for auto renew and the Jimdo emails were going to my spam, so a year later I didn't know it renewed until I got the charge. It's not cheap so a tried to work with their customer service and was hoping they would be understanding and at least meet me half way. Nope, they cited the contract and that was that. I understand it was my fault, but I will not do business with any company that shows zero understanding when honest mistakes happen.Be very careful when signing up to turn off auto renew and make sure to check your spam!

Is anyone in charge of these people? That person needs to be brought out of his parents basement, have the Cheetos washed off his face and fingers, and fired. These people are running around doing whatever they want. I have scheduled an appointment to have warranty work done twice. Geek squad has rescheduled those appointments 3 times with only 5 minutes to 15 minutes notice each time from the original appointment. No confirmation email the day before like “they are supposed to”. No explanation except that the tech didn’t feel like taking the appointment. Who is in charge of these invalids? So far I have paid for warranties that neither geek squad nor Best Buy has fulfilled their end of the contract for. That’s what you’re signing when you sign up for their fraudulent money trap of a warranty. It’s a contract. How many times do these people need to be sued before they stop ripping off the customer? They can’t answer questions about accountability. There is never a supervisor working. No one is in charge at either Best Buy or geek squad. My entire extended family will not do business with these thieves and conmen anymore. They have balked at providing their end of the warranty to our grandparents purchases. They’re in their 80’s. These people have no problem ripping regular people off but the way they treat veterans and the elderly is absolutely despicable. None of our warranties have been honored and nothing has changed in the last 5 years of having to deal with them. They also sell customers broken and damaged warranty parts when you can get them to show up and all the techs can say is ‘hey I just do what I’m told to keep my job.’ Despicable pathetic thieves. They will steal and lie to everyone and sell their own grandmothers for a nickel. Do not buy anything from these people or any company they are associated with as you are guaranteed to be stolen from and they don’t even try to hide it.

I guess for starters I would recommend reading all the negative reviews here and know that from my experience, they are all 100% justified and most match my experience as well. This company has a total lack of support. Further, PayPal/Braintree will hold your funds in what I would consider a legally questionable manner. After they create operational issues as a result, they seem more boastful of their power than concerned for their customer and how to resolve a problem. They seem to use any plausible deniability they can muster as an excuse to put funds on hold or limit withdrawals in order to bolster their own companies balance at their customers expense, which I believe is a breach of fiduciary duty.We were assigned an account rep when we signed up, which left the company. We did not get a new rep, and to date despite requesting one they have not assigned us a new rep and seem to be avoiding doing it (but without admitting it). They seem to change the bar as they go, and without warning.Paypal/Braintree is basically a monopoly that's grown to a size it sees customers as prey to be taken advantage of and destroyed. They are financially well enough off to not care about your companies long term success vs what they can suck out of your company in the short term.Our company has started searching for another payment processor/gateway. If Braintree/Paypal doesn't change it's standard operating procedures immediately we have no intention of staying to be further exploited by them. This is not something we take lightly as it's a lot of complication for a ecommerce/in-house retailer to change it's payment processing for no reason.

Have an American Express loan. My second. Every month, both loans, once I submit monthly payment, my balance goes down. Obviously. Last month after payment, my balance went up. There was a charge for "interest on purchases". Tried to explain on phone, on chat and with supervisor that I pay 36 equal monthly installments and it is impossible for loan balance to increase and that there could not be any "interest on purchases" because this is a loan. Got nowhere. No one listened. This month no additional charge and my balance decreased. Will not go back to try to correct beause it is not woth my time or aggravation. Have been a customer since 1984. Was shocked at the incompetence and lack of interest. When paid off, my last loan. Also, canceling my card. Do better American Express. We expect it of you and deserve your attention.

Ikea is making great products and a fair price but their delivery is the worst experience ever !!! We had a 1800 bucks delivery scheduled. We received 3 text messages to say that our delivery was confirmed with a time frame. After a while the delivery guy didn't shows up. When we called them and the delivery company (RXO) they didn't bother to explain why they didn't come of just offer us a new delivery, 10 DAYS LATER. We had bed frame and mattress in this delivery, so we had to bought air mattress for this 10 days and live without any furniture because of them. And of course no refund a commercial gesture. Don't ask for a delivery with Ikea, it is a nightmare.
