Horrible Experience with AT&T Cell Phone Service - Beware!I am writing this review to share my extremely negative experience with AT&T cell phone service in hopes of warning others before they make the same mistake I did. If this review saves at least one person, then it has done its job.From the very beginning, expectations regarding billing were not communicated clearly. This left me with a false sense of what I would be billed. Imagine my shock when the bill, which was supposed to be consistent, changed so much that it ended up being approximately $50 more per month than what I was initially told.The nightmare doesn't end there. Trying to reach the third-party seller that sold us the service at Target was extremely difficult. Their lack of availability and support added to my frustration. Even the local AT&T store admitted that the third-party seller did us dirty, confirming our fears that we were misled from the start.When I turned to AT&T customer service for help, they were anything but helpful. All they did was reduce our plan to something equivalent to the prepaid plan we had moved from, which was Boost Mobile. For the record, Boost Mobile had way better cost and service.This is a warning to anyone considering AT&T: Be sure you get any and all promises clearly stated, both verbally and in writing. Do not sign anything you haven't thoroughly read and understood. Ask them to explain it 20 times if you need to, but definitely get what your final bill will be IN WRITING.Our experience with AT&T has been horrible, and I will never use their services again. To make matters worse, we are now stuck with them for three years unless we pay a ridiculous amount to get out of the contract. Even our expectations regarding canceling services were incorrect; we were completely misinformed about what we could do if we wanted to cancel.Now we are stuck, feeling deceived and frustrated. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering AT&T. If it can prevent just one person from going through what we did, it will have served its purpose. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of AT&T.

Bettman is a dumb ass if he thinks this is good for hockey. I don't want to see a game 2 days after it happens......do you think this would work? the answer is no. Get a damn company that will cover it properly. Ironic TSN is part of the Disney family and in the US it sucks so bad.

Continuous Suspensions with no direct explanation (not worth the money)

I have been a loyal customer to Chegg for 4 years and used it on and off during that time. I had no problems with Chegg up until 2 weeks ago. My account has been suspended over 5 times in 2 weeks. Every single time I use the account, it gives me a suspension. I have chatted with Chegg's customer service for hours and absolutely nothing was done. I even had to make ANOTHER account and waste $20 for that one to also get suspended right away after using it for less than an hour. They could not tell me EXACTLY why my account was suspended and only went over what it COULD be. Well, I followed every. single. advice and info they gave me and guess what? I still keep getting suspended. They also force you to wait 48 hours to "investigate", which is funny. Then they are supposed to send you an email saying why you were suspended and if you got the account back. I have never ONCE been emailed by them. My account would be reinstated after the 48 hours but no word from Chegg or emails. I feel bad that I keep bothering their customer support people because they are helping me as best as they can but it is ridiculous. I am not going to pay for a service that I get suspended from for 2 whole days every time I get on it with the same exact responses from Chegg. "Did you make sure to log off other accounts. Dont open too many tabs, dont search too quickly. etc etc." The site is simply unusable and a waste of my money if I cant use it and the AI detection for the suspension is horrendous.

Not sure what happened here. I used to read telegraph, but it's now about as bad as the Daily Hate (Mail). Or a UK version of Fox news. It's spreading hate and harmful ideologies to the people unfortunate enough to read it.

Worst customer service

Worst customer serviceI have built up some balance lessons due to the transfer from another tutor. With holidays coming for my current tutor and myself, it is not possible to use up all the balance realistically even after pausing the lessons for additional 20 days. I spent over an hour to communicate in the help chat but ended up having the copy paste answers and providing the same information round and round. It took over 10-20 idle minutes before I got non-productive answers. Basically, there is no refund from Preply even if they say you can cancel any time. You can cancel but they will charge full amount. The conduct of the agent called Allan is very unprofessional. He just ignored to answer my questions and the question and the request to raise a formal complaint. Totally ignored to answer when I ask for the customer service email.

HP SPECTRE - DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY.Screen stopped working on HP spectre. Laptop cost £1400 two and a half years old, light use. I have been trying to get help from HP service for over a month but apparently I need to have a paid repair. The "sales" dept are supposed to be calling with a price and timing, but they never call. Each time I call I get a call handler who knows nothing and am told I will get a call back from an engineer in an hour. Zip.

Very untrustworthy company, let your fingers away!

If I could gave them 0 stars I would do that!really really bad experience with this company. Keep your fingers away. At beginning they do everything do convince you and they tell you that they work with paypal togheter, but it isn't true. we had since april a case, that a client paid with a stolen credit card. It's happen, that they blocked not only this client, but every payment what was made also from other clients. so, we lost money and our products. so we must wait until now, that braintree paid us the open amount but of course, the stolen credit card sum was not repaid.but not finished yet. they put very high charges on this.
