Continuous Suspensions with no direct explanation (not worth the money)

I have been a loyal customer to Chegg for 4 years and used it on and off during that time. I had no problems with Chegg up until 2 weeks ago. My account has been suspended over 5 times in 2 weeks. Every single time I use the account, it gives me a suspension. I have chatted with Chegg's customer service for hours and absolutely nothing was done. I even had to make ANOTHER account and waste $20 for that one to also get suspended right away after using it for less than an hour. They could not tell me EXACTLY why my account was suspended and only went over what it COULD be. Well, I followed every. single. advice and info they gave me and guess what? I still keep getting suspended. They also force you to wait 48 hours to "investigate", which is funny. Then they are supposed to send you an email saying why you were suspended and if you got the account back. I have never ONCE been emailed by them. My account would be reinstated after the 48 hours but no word from Chegg or emails. I feel bad that I keep bothering their customer support people because they are helping me as best as they can but it is ridiculous. I am not going to pay for a service that I get suspended from for 2 whole days every time I get on it with the same exact responses from Chegg. "Did you make sure to log off other accounts. Dont open too many tabs, dont search too quickly. etc etc." The site is simply unusable and a waste of my money if I cant use it and the AI detection for the suspension is horrendous.
