Review of patreon
Today, I signed up for a £2 pcm subscription to Patrion, paying via PayPal.When I checked my PayPal account, I'd been charged £2.40 for the 1st of my £2 pcm payments. Being a reasonable person, I sent an email to Patrion's customer services. A couple of hours later, I received an email from (the increasingly suspect) Patrion, saying they've changed their complaints processing; despite their website supplying the address I'd emailed. I then went to the new website and filled out their customer complaints form. IT WAS REJECTED. They will only accept complaints that fit drop down boxes. No option for inappropriate payment claims. It seems they are obstructing complaints. So I'm going straight to PayPal and, hopefully, they'll freeze all of Patrion's payments pending investigation for unlawful, unauthorised, payments claims.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Capital one is alright. out of all credit card companies has been the only to somewhat work with me. Even on some late payments they gave me options. Which is loads better than others have done. But they are a for profit business and as such they still want their money meaning something's they do I don't agree with. Overall I'd see they are the better company to deal with from other options in my opinion.
Review of ulta
My recent experience at Ulta was unbelievable. I had a coupon for $10 off of a $50 purchase. These are called a Transaction Level coupon, you have to spend $XX to get the money off. The fine print on the face of the coupon reads this (in part) -"Transaction level coupons cannot be combined with other transaction level coupons except Birthday coupons and Ultamate Rewards Credit Card first purchase discount." I purchased approximately $300 worth of items and signed up for the Ultamate Rewards Credit Card which gave me 20% off my first purchase. The clerk would not honor the $10 off coupon. She said I couldn't use both. Rather than get in an argument in front of other customers I left and went home. I called Customer Service from home and the agent I spoke with told me I could not use the 20% off first purchase discount and the $10 off $50 coupon! I pointed out that the coupon specifically said I could. She would not budge. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager told me the same thing. I pointed out that the coupon expressly permits use of the coupon and the first purchase discount on the same purchase. The manager kept putting me on hold and then would come back and say no I could not use the coupon. She kept saying I couldn't use a 10% off coupon along with the 20% off first purchase discount. I kept correcting her that it was a $10 off coupon, NOT a 10% off coupon. I could not believe it. I wouldn't give up and she finally agreed to give me a $10 gift card to use on my next purchase. I wanted her to take $10 off my $300 purchase but she wouldn't do that. So now I have to go back and spend more money at the store to get my $10. So much effort wasted on this matter when it is specifically mentioned on the face of the coupon as being allowed. Not good!
