Do not stand behind their products! They are a rip off.Tried to return a pair of shoes that were used not more than 5 times and then ripped on the side.Their asst. mgr. Marisa in the Norway Dr, Pittsburgh, PA store. refused to acknowledge the poor quality of the shoes and did not give us a replacement nor refund. Never buying there again!

Despite this, we have always managed to get the answers we needed.One area that could be improved is reporting. While the reporting features are useful, it would be beneficial to be able to integrate them more easily into documents for better presentation.Overall, Brevo is a good tool for our mailing campaigns and marketing automation, and I recommend it to those looking for a simple and effective solution.

How can I be expected to trust a security company that uses such underhand tactics to acquire new business. They infect you PC with claims about viruses and then try to get you to "renew" a non-existent contract that supposedly ended yesterday.

I signed up for 1 week free trial. At the end of the period I cancelled my plan. I continued to get billed $35.99 per month! When I contacted adobe about this, I was told this was because I had signed up to an AI assistant, in addition to my plan (I hadn’t). They then refused to let me cancel the AI assistant that I had supposedly signed up for, insisting that I had bought it and much continue to pay.

i've bought a hob from them, i've installed it, its not even been 2 weeks.one burner plate has started to rust! I contacted their customer care, spent two hours being transferred from one dept to another. not happy at all with the service; after 2 hours they decided to send an engineer to look at a hob plate! when? that remains to be seen, not very hopeful after this first ever contact. bought the hob because of the samsung brand! It looks like a mistake

I purchased a few things from shoppbs and only received one of the items. I contacted them via email and received an immediate apology for the mistake and they quickly sent the rest of my order. I received it very quickly with no further issues. I'm very pleased with the merchandise and service.

The latest Parallels Desktop software had some serious issues, and I was given remote help to fix it. I was not told to back up anything before the work started. The guy who "helped" me accidentally deleted the whole virtual machine, taking important work files with it. He was then unable to do anything but install a new empty virtual machine as the files and folders I had were gone! After speaking to someone else at their so-called help desk, I was told someone from their technical department would contact me. Two months and several reminders later, I have still not heard from them!This is an unprofessional company with a flawed product and poor customer service. You'll be safer using a virtual machine software from another company.

I have been using Kroger delivery service in Florida for a about 2 months now. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with this company. The drivers are always so polite and nice. As far as ordering, it has always been easy and simply. They let me know if they run out of something and give me options for a substitute or not to order it. The system is way better than the in store shoppers and curb side pick up. I have to say I am loving it more than having to go out and get groceries. Thanks Kroger for coming to Florida.

Absolute tyrants. I was a platinum card, gold card and Amex BA member with an outstanding record for payments and excellent credit file. Out of the blue I received an email to say all my accounts would be shut down immediately and cards terminated with no explanation and only a computer says no response when speaking to the team. Absolutely no regard for the impact this would have on my life at the time. Disgusting behaviour, they clearly don’t give a rats about their customers. American Express used to be a good company, what the hell went so wrong. Avoid Amex at all costs.
