I ordered a camera at your platform Amazon.fr that did not meet quality standards at all (thermal camera that only works on humans).It was from Carpango, and they want me to pay for the return package to China! Absolutely zero customer support. You cannot chat with anyone and when you try to email, it says that isn't available either. Out of desperation, I tried to message through Facebook. It is like starting over every time you message them with the information that they request. I needed a new cord as the one sent with my laptop was defective. They told me to toss the old one. Then they only sent me half of the cord. After several days of messaging back and forth on Facebook, I give up. This new laptop also has many critical issues, but I already reviewed that.

Prices are good but they allow people with three or four bags to board which impacts the comfort of everyone on the plane. The seat cushioning is almost criminal so beware if you have a long flight. On the plus side, I can always find a flight time that agrees with my schedule.

I’m warning both **creators and users**: if you want to **lose your money**, go ahead and use this platform.

I would like to thank Dell for the fantastic support. I bought a all in one desktop computer just over 2 years ago. it worked fine at first, but then things started to go wrong, just little things, but I had extended warrenty, very important, Dell came into my computer and fixed any problems I had. Then the computer got slower and slower, untill finally it was taking about 10 minutes to open any windows, I asked for help and was online with them for hours trying to fix the problem they send someone out and installed new hard drive, and mother board, this still did not help. but I can honestly say that the came to my rescue. They sent me a brand new Dell Desktop, top of the line. i'm so thankful to them, i'm now enjoying my new computer and can't thank them enough, the best service money can buy. Ann Menzies
