Facebook is posting ads for milow the robot dog. It is a scam. The company is taking our money and either not sending the product or sending something that clearly was not as advertised. Facebook is still allowing these ads to run even though it is so clearly fake. Please do not buy this for your child. You will have a very unhappy child and not even be able to get a refund!

Victoria Secret has definitely gone downhill. Customer service in store, chat and telephone all lack training. They cancel an order without informing me. Then when I called they can’t provide the information I’m requesting. The telephone customer service doesn’t answer English.

Completed an X Series cert and it was…

Completed an X Series cert and it was really good. But also have gone through other courses for free without certs just for me. Easily one of the best MOOC platforms out there. Take your time and pick out a course, start it and see how you feel with it before you pay for certification though. While the spend does increase your motivation to succeed, the wrong course for you could end up backfiring on you and ruin the experience.

4 hours on the phone

4 hours on the phone, 8 different operators though transfers and re dials. And still they could not get the program to work. We were with payeeze who discontinued service. They had clover send an e-mail to start a program and tranfer our records. The program will not start. We cannot apply payments or retreive customer records.

Overall I love using Kayak but miss the simple watchlist

Overall I love using Kayak. However recent updates to the app got rid of the Watchlist option in the homescreen drop down menu. Now I have to hunt through multiple drop downs just to find them. Also when opening the pop up notification (that appears at the top of my phone home screen) for a price drop, it first starts to open the app, then opens the kayak webpage. I preferred when it would automatically open everything in the app unless I specifically wanted to use the website.

I was having trouble with a 301…

I was having trouble with a 301 redirect for a new domain I'd registered (instead of taking viewers to the second URL, browsers were showing a security warning). I emailed Dreamhost support, and they explained the cause was due to me not having activated an SSL certificate for the new domain. The lack of a certificate was triggering the warnings. They didn't just tell me how to set up a certificate, though. They proactively activated an SSL cert for me before responding. My problem was fixed before I even knew it!

Builder bugs - slow to no Customer Support

The templates are gorgeous and drew me in, but using their builder to lay the site out was a time drain. Spacing is not precise, causing me to spend hours with the layout only to compromise and settle for what I could accomplish on a nonresponsive builder. The type would randomly change alignment each time I opened the editor and the editor would not display the same font style as the live site. I spend days working through their bugs before my frustration peaked and I finally contacted their '24/7' customer support. They took hours sometimes more than a day to respond and when they did it was guess work trouble shooting - and that was only on the issues they acknowledged. I opened two sites with them and had issues with both. When the blog site did not meet my needs they actually referred me to wordpress. Even though I experienced the same issues as others leaving reviews, their repsonses were suggestive that it was an error on my end (outdated operating system even though I work on their builder on two computers: one Windows 10 and the other Windows 8.1). If they don't acknowledge a problem with the software, it will never receive attention and never be fixed. During the two days it took for them to suggest my operating system was outdated, I went to weebly and recreated my landing page in 12 minutes. Not thrilled with weelby's templates, but I can access all of the html and css to fine tune. Squarespace lures in with gorgeous templates that will suck hours/days of your time - unless of course you are fine with a simple site or their existing display meets your needs. It's a gamble. If something does go wrong - their AWARD WINNING support team is useless. Not sure what award they won. Also you cannot remove your credit card from file when you cancel.
